Hey hey, as I said here is the basic recipe which you can change. All measurements can be adjusted/changed and are approximate. Just imagine there is a tilde (~) before everything. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for a day.
Mince part
500g of minced beef
1 good size onion
1 good size carrot
salt/pepper/whatever spices you like
2 tablespoons of flour
enough beef stock to cover everything
doughballs
125g of self-raising flour
150g of beef suet
seasoning
As I said in the video, substitute where necessary to make it how you want it.
