It is a very worrying time and whilst it is a very difficult decision to make, we need to get back Cordelia, put her right and get her ready to move if we need to. We were lucky with hurricane Beryl, we don't want to tempt fate. Hoping you are well and thank you for your support ⛵🐾 x x

It was a really difficult decision as things are not resolved, but as someone said to us 'you can't fix everything' and we realised that. Doesn't make it any easier though. We're looking forward to getting back to Cordelia, even though we know there is going to be a lot of work after leaving her in the sun and elements for 10months 🥰⛵🐾

Yes, we are super excited laced with anxiety and worry, but all will be well. Steve is gutted about the job, but as he kind of retired 5yrs ago, it was just to pay for our UK visit, new dinghy and new chain and its done just that. 🥰⛵🐾

Oh don't be jealous, you'll be back out there soon. We are so looking forward to exploring those amazing places again. Glad to hear we're on your list. You're probably on 7 of Steve's lists lol xx

Steve can find stamina when he wants, just not often lol Yes, we are excited and anxious about going back to Cordelia. We know she'll need a lot of work, but it won't get done if we're here. Our family issues are not all sorted but in better shape than when we arrived. We knew we were never going to solve then, just support them. Steve's always been the same....lists of lists of lists of lists hahahaha! One of the highlights of our time in the UK was meeting you. It's been so nice to meet up with our sailing friends. You are so right, you can't fix everyone's problems and we have helped and supported where we can and will continue to do so but from Cordelia. We too are very excited although a bit anxious too as we've been away 10months and left Cordelia in hot tropical sun. I think we may have a bit of work to do, but it'll be worth it. Its been a rollercoaster of a ride whilst we've been back in the UK. Things have not always gone to plan and things have happened that we weren't aware of, but in the long run we have done what we can in the 10months we've been here. We'll miss you all too, but we're only a Whatsapp message away xx 🥰⛵🐾

Hi Richard It has been a really really difficult decision but sometimes you can only do so much and then you have to realise that you must get on with your own life before it passes you by. One absolutely brilliant thing that did happen whilst we were here in the UK, was when we met up with you after all those years. Steve is devastated that he has to leave the job, but also wants to get on with our sailing life. Keep well and keep in contact xx 🥰⛵🐾

Steve does have a skills and boat knowledge that is second to none and the ability to photograph everything in his brain ready for when he needs it. We are scared anxious excited and relieved all at once, but so looking forward to seeing Cordelia xx 🥰⛵🐾

Thank you for your concern, she is fine. We were on the edge of the hurricane with very strong winds but our guardianage company did a good job of putting extra lines and chain on her and keeping us updated all the time on how things were. How are you? Not heard from you for a while. We have been extra busy getting things sorted here in the UK and looking forward to returning to Cordelia when we can. Sending woofy hugs xx
