Not a bad roster. Although it's missing Sir Daniel and Nariko. It'd be nice to see another game like this with even more characters, like Croc and classic Lara Croft-maybe even Zack Fair since Crisis Core was a PSP exclusive. Just some ideas. I never got a chance to play this and probably never will since I have a PS4. Wish they'd port a lot of these older games because I'm honestly not interested in most of the new ones they're releasing; and the PS3 has an underrated library. I also hope they haven't completely abandoned the PS4 yet because I'm not getting a 5. It's crazy how PlayStation went from having one of the biggest game libraries in the PS2 to having almost no games on PS5... I don't think Sony is taking full advantage of the amount of IPs they own. But maybe it's for the best that some of those titles aren't brought back to risk ruin.

As amazing as this game was I highly doubt we'll see a reboot anytime soon think of how this game didn't sell as well in comparison to their more successful games? EA published it sure but Sensory Sweep Studios shut down in 2009 and EA is too busy milking Assassin's Creed to death including selling half finished titles. But I am glad to see a video was done on this I think you did great on it but here's some key things to think of if you or anyone else plays this game nowadays...back when it came out there really wasn't much else like it this was in the time when game development studios weren't afraid to make something new and innovative and creative at least for its time. Now that we are all older it's kinda hard to overlook some of the more infuriating things like bad controls or something we didn't notice as kids we were too busy being blown away by things like how The Thing can fight with Wolverine or Wolverine can fight with Spider-Man or whatever. All in all great video!

Too bad it was so boring and bland and the story was absolutely garbage and made no sense at all. They should use this concept and make an even better game than this.

Loved how dark this game was as a kid. That sinister ass voice for the backstories gave chills, but like you said in a "Good Way!" That xmen mansion map pissed me tf off too😭

Its so good to see someone talk about this game again. I played the ever living hell in out of it in middle/high school and hate the mediorce responeses people gave it. It does have flaws but god id give anything for playstion to give this IP another chance or port it to the ps5. Its nice to see someone with such a love for this game as myself. Amazing video dude!! I had this game, if I remember correctly you could unlock characters if you played enough verses, so me and a friend just spammed versus mode and jumped off the building and repeated until we got all characters. The game was flawed and at places outright ugly but I would love if it hot a sequel or a game in the same style.Not many games where you can play as several different marvel characters, and it is better then the Avengers Game.

Interesting. Never heard of this game before, but I did look it up and it appears to be on the cheap, for like 5 bucks used. Maybe I should give it a go? It’s not everyday you see a Marvel fighting game, let alone such a dark one. I’m kind of intrigued. 🤔

I remember this game. I tried to rent Marvel Ultimate Alliance, but it was already checked out. And this game was the only one available at the rental store. So I rented this game. And it was awesome!

Sucker Punch Productions and/or Sony should ask Bluepoint Games to make a game collection of Infamous 1 and 2, maybe even include the Infamous 2 DLC and Second Son. I don't under why more companies aren't asking Bluepoint Games to do this, as that company is great at making game collection disc as well as remastering games for modern consoles.

My obsession with Infamous began when I discovered there was a ps3 you could play at gamestop and Best Buy. Infamous was the game that was available at the time, and it completely captured my mind. I lived an hour away from the nearest gamestop, so whenever we were in the area,I took the chance to play the game. After a few weeks or months, they rotated out the playable demos, and that was the last time I played the game for nearly a decade. I was still obsessed and chose Infamous wallpapers and watched playthroughs on youtube. It wasn't until i bought a ps4 in 2018 that i was actually able to play series for the first time. I was elated. I still play all the games every year or two.

Cage style vs fighting, pretty good campaign, able to choose all sorts of marvel characters...this game was awesome! Needs a remake or full reboot.

1:48 - I don't think you know what a sequel is at all. A sequel means telling a new story on top of adding new mechanics and characters and the like. THAT DOESN'T MAKE THEM THE SAME GAME! I don't think you even played these sequels at all to where you have to disrespect them by referring to them in quotations.

Infamous 1, the arkham series are the best superhero games nothing has been able to scratch that itch for me. Spiderman came close but it missed with spiderman 2.

The ps4 console generation was so good for PS that they don't want to f*ck up that HUGE success and they play safe. Their games are still great, but like u said.. the only game that felt "next gen" was Astro's playroom & astro bot

Green lantern the animated series. The arkham games are great start for Batman largely One word of advice? Don't go anywhere near suicide squad kill the justice league.

I'd love to play Astro Bot. I'd LOVE to. But I'm not buying a PS5 if I can't immediately buy it's worth in games. I need at least 8 games to justify grabbing the base console, and PS does not have 8 games I'd care to play so far. On the wait for 8, a couple of the few I was actually interested in even came to PC. A few more Astro Bot tier games might just clear that hurdle for me.
