My name is Ilya and I'm a student studying biological Natural Sciences at Jesus College, University of Cambridge!

Hi do you think Cambridge will prefer people who take maths over people who take physics for medicine? (Provided the other 2 are bio and chem)

I got my gcse results I got 8-maths and chemistry 7-physics biology and English lit 5-psychology,English lang citizenship and geography I came from a different country in the beginning of year 11 as well and I went to a state school which has requires improvement in its ofsted would I have a chance I didn’t do my a levels and I do know that a levels play a big role in my application I just wanted to know if I would still stand a chance

Your grades seem really good. I got Grade 8s in Biology, Chemistry, English Lit, and Computing, and I got grade 7s in Physics, Maths, English Lang, Spanish, and History. I got 5 in foundation statistics, as everyone was forced to this late into year 11 without being taught it, and the highest grade you can get on foundation is 5. Do you think i could get into too unis like Cambridge? I just started year 12.
