the fluffiest cream cheese milk bread!
忌廉芝士/奶油奶酪/奶油芝士/乳脂干酪
这款拉丝面包很香芝士味! 软软绵绵的拉丝面包是我最常在家里烤的面包。做法简单,零失败食谱。烤好的面包还可以配不同的果酱如 草莓酱,花生酱,奶油等等。也可以更复杂一点,做成汉堡面包,夹午餐肉,各式肉饼也没问题。
材料/ingredient:
300ml 温牛奶/lukewarm milk
10g 酵母/dried yeast
2pc 全蛋/egg
100g 奶油奶酪/creamcheese
600g 高筋面粉/bread flour/strong flour
55g 白砂糖/caster sugar
4g 盐/salt
预热烤箱 180°C
(preheat the oven at)
bake/烤 20-25分钟 (600g 面粉/flour)
bake/烤12-15分钟 (300g 面粉/flour)

    参巴虾米香 材料: 小辣椒 10pcs 大辣椒 2pcs 干辣椒 60g 虾膏 20g 虾米 80g 蒜粒 35g 石栗 5pcs 小红葱头 100g 准备材料步骤: 1.虾米洗净,浸泡在水里待用. 2.干辣椒去种子,洗净泡水待用. 3.大小辣椒去种子,切段待用. 4.蒜头+小红葱头一起搅拌 待用 5.虾米搅拌 待用 6.干.大.小辣椒+虾膏+石栗倒入搅拌器里搅碎混合 待用 (搅拌机里可以加点油比较容易搅碎) 煮法步骤: 1.锅里倒入50ml食油 2.油热后倒入虾米,炒至熟透再加入蒜头小红葱,炒至金黄色,捞出待用. 3.锅里倒入适量食用油,倒入搅拌好的辣椒,中火慢慢煮至辣椒熟透变成深褐色.(炒至出油) 4.加入之前炒香的葱蒜虾米搅拌均匀. 5.蔗糖 3汤匙 6.盐 1茶匙 (其中可以自己试吃调整出自己喜欢的味道) *油多-辣椒酱湿一点 *油少-辣椒酱干一点
