So I bought two different Builder gels that say five in one Builder gel from temu and I can't figure out why they will never dry no matter how thick or thin I use it and what is it even for since you know everything's in Chinese

I just saw a video on using acrylic for press on nails! Once I use it to adhere my nails and if it lasts for 3-4 weeks as people have attested, I will never return to glue.

Yes she is right but you can cut your cuticles if you are a licensed nail tech otherwise yes your nails will get infected.

The proximal nail fold can be removed if done safety, it's also just dead tissue

I was 31 years old when I decided to go to the top-rated nail tech in my city for a proper manicure and she made my fingers and toes bleed by cutting these. I told her at the beginning that I didn't want this cut but she did it anyway and insisted that it's my skin's issue for being so thin. Never again, thank you.

Prepping the nail AND THE PRESS ON is imperative! It's not the glue. I use nothing else but a nail file buffing both the nail bed and the press on, push back cuticles, use enough glue, make sure theres no bubbles, and i get the same wear i would as gel polish. Sometimes, my press ons won't come off when i want them to! Keeping the nail bed as dry as possible is a great tip but ive never had to use dehydrater/primer etc. Use enough glue!!

Most press on nails are made of plastic, therefore a generic nail glue will work fine. Acrylic press on nails work Best by applying a dab of acrylic in the back to fuse with the existing acrylic. Soft gel tips work best with an extended gel, so the gels can fuse together. ❤️‍🔥💯

I agree 100% Also take your file and scratch the shiny off of the part of the nail that goes on your nails.

I cant emphasize Markart solid gel nail glue enough it sets right away and gives you time to do the non dominate hand before curing... no opaque nails when using any type of gel glue

There can be dead skin before the proximal nail fold. Which is why not everyone's skin is red and puffy when finished.

I know how to prep my nails. I know how much to use. They always pop off. I'm not complaining because I think glue is the welfare way.

For the glue under the uv lamp, you have to prep your nails like a tech would. Clean, buff, dehydrate, primer, wait for primer to dry, and then begin the process. If you see bubbles appear, do not cure and try again. The air bubbles will not let the nail stay on long enough. Very little glue will also cause a problem. Practice makes perfect ❤
