@ yet tonight I decided to finish up putting my coffee bar back together. I need to figure out how I’m gonna organize my new syrups I got. I’ve been wanting to get a shift to put my small appliances on. I just was thinking I could use a shelf to put those syrups on. Don’t small tasks at a time. Tonight I’m supposed to do my PT exercises but I’m not in the mood today. I had a difficult person yesterday which I was sore afterwards. I was sore today.

Hi Terri ❤ When we bought the house, I kind of knew we wouldn't be parking in the garage. Don used to have a band, so all of his band equipment takes up one side (I wish he would get rid of it because he will never play again), but who knows? Maybe one day, I will be able to park in there. Once those boxes of boxes are gone, I can continue in there and really dig in there and start throwing things away - and maybe even find the many, MANY things I know I have but can never find 😂

Oh, Lizzie, I'm jealous! Sounds like a beautiful holiday ❤ We do have a recycling truck that comes every week, but they seemed to have stopped taking a box filled with boxes 😩 They want everything broken down - I guess so they can blow away or get soaked with rain during our rainy season. I'm not sure of the reason, because they used to take them like that before. Once my 3 massive boxes of boxes is gone, any more that I get, will be disposed of right away. I've also heard people using old carbdoard as weed barriers in their gardens. I thought of trying that, but a horticulture company told me recently, that nothing really works to prevent weeds here in Florida. Well, I hope your transition back to reality goes smoothly, my friend, and have anice week ❤

It’s just so aggravating how fast the boxes just add up! 😮 From now on, I am just going to break them down and throw them out as I get them. I have tried to put them out for the trash collector, but they won’t take them unless every single box is broken down. Not a good idea when rainy season comes! Once my million boxes are gone, next weekend, I can finish in the garage. I will see you tomorrow ❤

Oh how I would love the week to go fast but now the weekends come by super fast it’s almost like why bothering having them anyway 🤣

Hi Lizzie 🤣 You caught at least the 2 drivers that kind of got to me - the one in front of me that did a U-turn in the middle of the intersection and the second one that stopped in front of me in the middle of the road to try and park on the side of the road? Oh, there are thousands of drivers here like that! You have to be extra vigilant driving here and the locals don't even like to go out anymore. Well, I am up early on this Monday dreading going to work. Horrible feeling, isn't it? I am training someone in the mornings, then I'll be getting trained on something else in the afternoons - meaning my job will not get done, putting me further behind and I have been thinking constantly all weekend if I should even bother to say anything; what should I say?; will I get in trouble? All this stress is not worth it to my health. I am the type of person who holds everything in and after a while, just blows up, and that's not a good thing to do at work 😩 I'll be showing the Salisbury steak in the next video. I didn't even feel like cooking last night and went to bed early. Well, I will keep my chin up and see what the day brings! Have a nice week, my friend, and I'll see you in the next one. ❤

Yes, Lone Ranger and Tonto are brothers and I couldn't adopt one without the other 😄 When I first adopted them as kittens (9 years ago) , I was told Tonto was the runt of the litter. He was so tiny and I worried when they would wrestle that Ranger was hurting him. Now, it's vice versa, but Ranger now knows better than to pounce on Tonto - or to avoid being pounced on 🤣 Tonto was a little over 20 pounds when I last weighed him and I am trying to keep him on a diet by feeding him in separate places, unless I can stand there and watch. He's a piggy!

I watched it too. I enjoy all of that pomp and circumstance! The Royal Family too! I watch all of the Royal weddings and such. I love it - and I miss the Queen! Such a classy person! I have always wanted to travel to England and Scotland. My young niece spent some time in London this last summer and she loved it. Oh Wendy, you have been busy!!! ❤ Those storage areas under stairs are great aren't they? I remember my Dad built one in our basement up north. He completely built up our basement in that house (which I believe was rented out as an apartment after we moved) but we loved that huge closet/storage area under the stairs! A great place to hide too, when your little and playing hide-and-seek 🤣 It was where my Mom put all the Christmas decor too.

Good morning, Lizzie (it's 6:00 a.m. here on this cold Tuesday morning and I'm up to go in to work today 🥶) My Mom came from Austria. I've been there when I was 8 years old. Beautiful, from what I remember. New York, where I was born and raised, is multicultural too, so I was exposed to many foods as well - more so than Don, so I am always introducing him to foods he never had (which sometimes amazes me 😂). He is from Connecticut, but we met here in Florida. Good to know about the dry shampoo! It’s his nightly thing - lay on Mommy’s lap 🤣 I think the high here today was 65 degrees, which is cold for us (and considering it was 79 yesterday). I didn’t go outside at all today but just went out to take the garbage out and it feels like it could snow 🥶 Stay warm, my friend. I have a feeling it’s going to be a rough winter.

@@lizziemichael8155 Hi Lizzie ❤️ I haven’t used that dishwasher since moving into this house in 2015. I’ve actually been thinking about removing it and adding shelving for cookbooks or something like that or adding another cabinet. I enjoy washing dishes too, so a dishwasher is not something I would miss if I didn’t have it. Washing doesn’t take long and it’s not hard and sometimes I feel hand washing is better. I don’t know - I may be the only one that feels that way 😀

Hi Shirley ❤ I think those dryer sheets help. I have a pair of black dress pants for work that stay pretty hair free. Of course, if you have a white fluffy cat like the one I have, who likes to sit on you and sleep on your lap - you may get a few clumps of hair 😂 But all in all, if I use those sheets, the clothes come out of the dryer hair free and pretty much stay that way. You know, when I was putting the sheets on the bed, I had no idea Ranger even jumped on the bed until I turned around and saw him. I kept wondering why that one corner had such a tight fit 😂 I swear that little guy comes out of no where. Have a nice evening and I’ll see you in the next one.

@@shirleys765 Hi Shirley! Oh yes, it does get harder the older we get. I remember a few years ago, I lost close to 30 pounds. It took a while but I did it. It’s just so easy to put the weight back on! Yes, I did bag up the bananas when you told me about that and they still look as good as when I got them 😃. I have one of those stand up desks to use when I am in the office and a treadmill to use at home. I have just gotten so lazy when it comes to that. I know what to do and I know what triggers me to eat - I just have to discipline myself somehow to do what’s right. It’s just a never ending cycle 😩 I’m not giving up though - maybe one day I will get the mind set again!

@ yah get that. Yes it took me to switch my mind set as well. Back when I first started my journey in 2018 I got an app, I’d read the health articles. One of their suggestions was to get an accountability partner. My accountability partner was actually my doctor. I’d go in every month to check in and tell her how it was going.

Hi Amanda! Yes, rest your foot! I know that’s easier said than done though. I remember when I was in the boot, I kept going on about my business, but kept in elevated when I went to bed (I couldn’t wear that thing in bed 😂). I hope you get to feeling better soon ❤

@ thanks. Yeah while I was in the cast I’d keep it elevated. While at work I’ll use my scooter to get to and from the different rooms. Then while in the classroom I’ll be walking. I’m borrowing a cane to help me get around.
