Why people don't report things as someone who has had more rented flats ect that I can remember it's all about if I report it will you put my rent/ ask me to level and I can't find anything else or even worse or more expensive place plus deposits rent upfront moving everything and all the money I spend on a landlord flat Bec we thought it was going to be a home for a very long time only it's never the cases .

Most landlords don't have a clue

Thank-you all for your comments. I have been searching for the Ben Wishaw episode. I may never see it again - but I am so grateful that I did see it (all 8 fortunately) a few years back. (a free promo week for some platform I think?) I recall being incredibly moved by several of them (all were great!!) Particularly Ben Wishaw and Alan Cumming. They both had me in tears. This documentary is incredibly inaccurate and WRONG. I stopped watching 5 minutes in when it tells us that Michelangelo was a contemporary of Cosimo De Medici (uh, WRONG). FACTS: 1) Michelangelo was born over TWENTY YEARS AFTER Cosimo had DIED! 2) Michelangelo's mentor was Lorenzo De Medici (the grandson of Cosimo De Medici). 3) Michelangelo's statue of David broke in 1491 (NOT during Cosimo's time because, OBVIOUSLY, Michelangelo wasn't born yet). HOW the hell could they have gotten so much info so wrong (and that's just in the first five minutes)?? If you're interested in the Renaissance, I'd suggest you watch Waldemar Januszczak's RENAISSANCE UNCHAINED. Januszczak is interesting, ACCURATE and funny as hell. Just an IMHO post. "
