I have exhausted my mobile data trying to manage this situation. 4. I am currently using someone else's hotspot just to send this complaint. This level of service is unacceptable for a company that promises reliable internet connectivity. I demand immediate action to resolve my internet issue and a thorough explanation for this extended delay and lack of communication.
