If this is India's leading broadband service then India never ever become a developed country.
Please please please please don't take Excitel connection. Frequent disconnection issue on daily basis and second issue is speed issue.
No solution to my disconnection issue since from last one year and speed issue is pending from 17 days. Tickets generated and marked as resolved without customer consent. Please once again we request you all to don't have Excitel as internet option in your home & office.
