Very very poor service always say we resolved the problem but no action done by customer care we purchased plan 300Mbps speed online getting 100Mbps one mont pass but no action on complaint
Pathetic service, unprofessional behaviour.....never recommended excitel to anybody. Facing no internet problem from last 24 hours...no resolution yet from service team...customer representative connect time is more than 2 hours waiting.....they are making customer fool nothing else.
