Jack/Chloé the best duo of the show. I never really like any of Jack girlfriend. Teri and Kate was ok. Renee was good in season 7 but I really don't like her in the 8. Audrey was so bad. I really don't forget her for lying to him during the season 5 for something so stupid like "when you were dead I had a date". Really she need to get a brain. The tv show should end with Jack and Chloé go in the run together. Not necessary at couple but defenitly together.

I love the fact that Fusco is scared, tearful, and pleading when it's his son about to be killed too, but as soon as he knows his son is safe, he grits his teeth and pulls that expression that can only mean in the most vicious of ways: "Fuck you" 😂😂😂😂

That was the last time the world saw Jack Bauer. So far..

I cried so hard, Chloe was really the only person who stuck around for jack through thick and thin, here’s hoping jack survives and escapes the Russians in some future episode or in our hearts and minds.

POI is the best show I have seen so far. Its brilliance cannot be expressed by words. This scene is strong which is more than all Fast &Furious combined.

There's a theory someone came up with, in which the Russians are not taking Jack to prison, as we're led to believe. They are desperate for his help to thwart a terrorist plot in Moscow and have offered him a pardon in exchange for his help in stopping it. They didn't restrain Jack in any way, they didn't have guns trained on him, they gave him the luxury treatment in the helicopter. Not exactly the kind of treatment you would expect them to give a man who almost assassinated their president. If we're not going to get another season with Jack, then that's canon in my head.

I loved it when Fusco choked out the bad guy. I was doing the same Chucky facials as him when he Chris Benoit choked that guy.

there should be 1 last movie or season of 24 where tony help jack to escape from the russians and both live in piece. thats what those characters deserve it

The first time I watched this hearing Fusco say "you did good" broke me I won't lie!!

Wish you had the rest of the scene! That was the best part!

People didn't mention this here. I remember I was watching it first run on TV in the US, they made a preview before this episode air and said one of the main character will be killed off (It was carter in this episode by the way, in case you forgot) that's why this high and low come in basically throw people off, at least I know I have been throw off and thinking Lionel would be the one that got killed, and when he get this emotion and didn't die, you keep watching and finally when they killed carter out of nowhere, you see that but you don't believe that even tho you know someone is going to die and nobody died before carter got killed in the last 50 seconds or so...That's in itself is a master class of directing.

This scene is one of the very best pieces of television ever filmed. Loved Lionel's character arc over the series. It was a show too intelligent to appeal to the masses.

They didn't need to kill off Chloe's husband and son. I would have instead had Chloe been fired from CTU after Day 8 because she covered for Jack. Morris and Chloe then fell on hard times financially esp with their young son, so, Chloe did some less than legal work for hacking groups to make money. That's how she met Adrian Cross. The government eventually finds out and Morris is arrested because he won't rat on his wife and their son is taken away by Child Protective Services, so, Chloe goes on the run. Either that or Chloe flees the USA before the government can catch her, leaving Morris and Prescott behind. She decides to skip town to the UK to meet up with Adrian Cross, work for him, and continue making money to anonymously support her husband and son from afar. She goes through a mental health crisis without her family, hence the different appearance and the affair with Adrian Cross. You could even put an emotional scene in of Chloe watching Morris pick up Prescott from school when Chloe hacks into a local traffic cam from the UK.

If they decide to bring 24 back for Day 10, they should have Jack tell the US to go to hell. All the BS he had to put up with & all the family & friends he lost.

I only recently started on this show, its been about 2 moths, absolutely loving it..so much that once i'm done I am gonna watch some of it again.

The whole HR arc is beautiful. It begins as one woman takes on a powerful and corrupt army, and it turns into 5 people taking on that same army. It takes all five of them looking out for one another to beat them. Fusco let’s himself get caught to let Reese and Carter escape, risking the key to Carter’s evidence, Finch sends Shaw to save Fusco, Shaw then realizes that Fusco would want his son to be save, so she protects Fusco’s son, this gives Fusco the opportunity to get the jump on the HR guy holding him and kills him.

I keep thinking, “if anything happens to her…” he really also means Audrey. I don’t know why that was my first instinctual thing to think about and to hold onto that…she was ok. I couldn’t believe yet what happened…. 😓
