I just ordered a new t deck

I snagged a T-deck with a HGLRC GPS module. I got my wires correctly soldered, but get "No sats" pretty much always. Red light is on for a bit but eventually goes off and only blue remains. Can't understand what is going on.

I worked for Millers Outpost and Anchor Blue back in the day when that mall was jumping. We would go to the theater after work and across the street there was a bowling alley and arcade. I so wish it could be revived it’s convenient when I need to go to Macy’s or JCPenny.

Greeting I just received mine today and I’m looking at the video. I have a question about the GPS antenna. How did you move it to the side? Is there any soldering involved?

This random video has changed the trajectory of my life over the past month. Now I have 3 of these things and am building a base station in our house and am out many hundreds of dollars - send help! Thanks much Alley Cat!! This is wonderful :) It has gotten my entire family into a fun radio hobby we didn't know we wanted! And I can vouch for it - this is a fantastic and clean design that is addictive to put together, even when you don't have a reason to build one, the parts fit together so nicely... I had to make another! I wear mine daily and it's held up great (except for that one I left in the hot car one day lol).

Cannot stress enough that you should not order one from clockworkpi without doing your homework. The 90 business days listed on their website is a complete fabrication, with most people waiting over a year before seeing their unit, and the responses from clockworkpi all appear to be copy and pasted, with one user detailing how he received emails saying the order was being packed and then a month later it was back to just "being worked on". Posts on their user forum that ask questions or are critical get deleted by the mods. I asked for a shipping update after the 90 days was well and truly up (by several months) and they just cancelled my order without providing any information. They have shipped some (mostly to RUclips creators it seems) so it's unlikely to be an outright scam but you probably don't want to order one unless you have a lot of patience and don't mind if you eventually never get it.

Excellent case that fits like a driving glove! I've got the one that accommodates the GPS. It's NICE! I plan on putting in a Weather Sensor (BME280 Temperature Humidity Pressure Sensor), but haven't yet figured out the 6 pin, pinout. I'm using Ripple Firmware, guess I should probably should talk to Scott Powell for that, but if anyone knows, please let me know ... Thanks!!

My childhood. I remember going over the map with friends to see what rides we go on for. Buying dipping dots. The smell of chlorine in the air and the water misters at the front. The worst part was leaving. 😢

I finally acquired a 3d printer and made one of these. I did have to grind out a small amount of plastic with my dremel to get my board to fit though, so I probably need to adjust some small stuff on the printer here and there. it's a very nice build though, even though I still need some other parts.
