Good Job mate, I've just been doing some maintenance on our heater today, new bricks and some panel beating on the baffle plates. I'll get some plate from work this week for a new one, I'll probably get 10 or 12mm so it lasts longer, its only 3 years old. It also has vent tubes running across under the baffle that have been replaced once but they've sagged again, I'll grab some heavier wall pipe and whip up some replacements .

Brilliant thanks. I have the Ultimate 18, $350 for the replacement plate, but they have the dimensions online which is nice of them . You've inspired me to have a go, I've got some 10mm plate lying around, so should last forever.

Yes forget about easy to install, I installed a 3 x 2.5 shed this week and it took me 3 days. The manual not always clear and detailed and what bugs me the most is how flimsy the thing is I will not recommend them if you looking for a quality shed.

We bought a Sherlock metal Wheelbarrow years ago but for some reason it was always unbalanced. Today we were doing a refurbishment on it....turns out it was made with TWO LEFT LEGS, one of which was an inch shorter than the others. When you have a barrow full of wet cement an unbalanced wheelbarrow is BAD. Thankfully my spouse is a wiz with a welder. These are great if they are correctly built.

A good review would have been seeing how it managed with the bigger bits and dealing with the blockages for future reference.

There's a reason for the plastic & pop rivetted rod holders. You have an aluminium hull... putting stainless steel rod holders and/or screws in it is just begging for galvanic corrosion especially in salt water. To put stainless into aluminium safely you have to mess around with pastes to prevent it... easier to have aluminium pop rivets, especially on something you'd normally never have to change out. Regarding the tank, the later Fishabouts come with a 55L under floor tank. Odds on it wouldn't be too hard to retrofit one into yours, either a genuine Quintrex one or a custom made one (which would probably cost less). I actually have a 60L under floor tank in mine (not a Quintrex, but another 4.3m runabout that's almost an identical design) and I love it. For longer days I might bring a 20L jerry can stashed in the bow as a backup, but really I've never needed it. Oh and yeah, that screen position's not great. Have a look at BCF or one of the others... they have mounting arms you can mount to the gunnel and swivel the sounder screen to wherever you want it... have a look for "Ram swing arm mount".

Hi. From 3.52 to 3.59, you showed the transition from the word document to Excel document. The word document shows no decimal points inserted into each coordinate. In the Excel document, each Coordinate value now suddenly has decimal points inserted. Can you please explain how you inserted these decimal points into each value via cell formatting, etc? Cameron

just finished assembling my 4.5 meter shed panels. one question when you fix the back panel to the first side panel, which overlaps which. side on top or back on top? it's taken me 1 week as I'm 71 and my wife as a valued helper has recently had a shoulder replacement..

Picked up 1 of these about 5 months ago for free on fb market place it ran great for a month off camping in summer holidays n then the 2AA batteries went flat when I changed them out the lcd screen stopped working and couldn't set temp but hit that toggle switch and used it as a freezer for 2 weeks as had a bigger 85L fridge I was using at camp site. The old battery model control boards are pretty crappy and over 15 years old but can be replaced for about $150 and the old battery models run at about minus 18 cel on the toggle switch the newer control panel models run at minus 5c on the toggle switch the plug into the fridge always comes loose on bumpy roads on both new and old models. My new 2018 model runs 247 using 240v as a beer fridge when not using it camping n yes i paid full price and use it in the 52 litre mode. My free old model has been running 247 as a freezer via the toggle switch in my 4wd with a 120ah LiPo4 battery and 160w solar panel with the big lid and no collar lid for 2 months and it hasn't drained my battery yet on a car that gets driven maybe 50km a week.Im going to replace the broken control panel on the old free fridge as the new control panel is so much better both new and old fridges still use a high quality compressor but the old models have a smaller fan and when sitting in a hot car in the middle of summer the new fridges with the bigger fan and new control panel draw a heap less amps which means your battery lasts longer
