Just look at the slop they serve in hospitals. They know less about nutrients tha the average health minded person. Any question on nutritients or healthy eating habits usually get the same response "Anything in moderation." Even if they DO know, they are usually reluctant to give such advice for fear of losing their license by not rigorously following "Commonly accepted standards of medical practice."
