The frustration of being a woman that is a good 8-9 with a very curvy body, its frustrating because dating 9s or 10s is exhausting because that's what I attract but often they are so vapid/shallow/non-commital/whores. But dating men beneath is equally as exhausting because they are so insecure.

Meh.. I am a mixed bag, but I haven’t experienced the “unattractive” treatment in a very long time, probably before my adolescence. I usually get stared at when I am dressed down and no make up on. I try to keep my appearance natural-like nowadays, my body makes up for everything else, ngl. 🤷🏿‍♀️.

Very interesting video. Your assessment is SPOT ON in my opinion, speaking as what most would consider a “pretty girl”. My general experience when it comes to people’s reaction towards my appearance is EXACTLY as you’ve described. I do often get very strong reactions when I dress up but on a regular basis I’m able to blend in without receiving overwhelming attention. Definitely prefer being able to play my looks up or down as I don’t often feel like I want to be spotlighted. Being the “pretty girl” may not be considered the peak of beauty standards. However, as you paraphrased, it has been my experience that women in this category do hold the most optionality when it comes to our pick of men. And THATS why we play the most games. 😇

I was bullied in school and even college. I've never realized my beauty until mid twenties... others noticed that so they was always trying to humble me and put me down. People can't get neutral while interacting with me. Nowadays, I finally become who I am. Beautiful people have to love theirselves inside out, nurture the soul, the mind and body with Love, harmony and resilience.

I personally know an extremely beautiful woman, she's almost like Sabrina Carpenter, when she was in her teens and early 20s she was told by her st*pid mentor that men don't want to marry they only want to have fun and men can't love etc, she internalized it and used to be so doubtful of any man taking interest in her, even now in her late 20s she's not 100 percent sure that man she's talking to really likes her or just being a f boy. Some gorgeous girls in their teens are overweight too and don't get much attention. After losing weight they still are confused whether the guy really wants them or not because they never had this much male attention prior to weight loss. So gorgeous and extremely beautiful women also have to go thru doubts, confusion, difficulty understanding, difficulty in believing that men like them but obviously you're mentally a child and you believe life is black and white.

Sounds like the pretty and average girls are the smart ones, they know the handsome guys are players and know to protect their hearts. Maybe the problem is handsome men just looking at women like objects instead of people.

I am sad. Husband of 20 years left me for younger married woman. I thought we were happy but found out I was the bob the builder wife. Once he got his career established he traded up. I feel stupid. I was never in the pretty girl category. This depresses me. But he is correct as I have been treated like exactly what he said over the years by men and how they deal with pretty and ugly women. I am not the Victoria secret model type and I’m not the voluptuous boob hanging out type either. Now I’m old and have no options. I guess this is something i have to accept. It hurts but even on my best day I can’t look like these skinny Filipino and Asian woman these men prefer.

My life is the last category. It’s been my experience forever and I’m in my 30s and it’s still my experience. I think I’m average/pretty. I think any woman can have these things if they just present themselves in a confident way and act appreciative of the things men do for you but create boundaries to keep users away. I wouldnt say i am pretty. But i havs an east african feature which makss others exotic looking. Believe it or not, i have literally never been treated 'good' by a man in my entire life. They feel like my life is too good why bother treating her special . Most of my ex tried to ruin my life, slandered my name. My reputation was ruined. I never experienced pretty privilege whatever people talk about on tiktok all i recieved was wrath. Any men that dated me or talked to me had to make a point that they did. Whether it's sharing my private conversation or destroy me. They had to make a big slander of my name. Kind of sad.

Well as an “ugly” woman that you described, a lot of dudes want to F. Most dudes don’t want a relationship. They’ll only want a relationship if they want to settle down not because a pretty single woman says she wants to settle down. Or because she’s “pretty.” And if the dude wants to settle down when he isn’t even ready, but ends up settling down, is because the woman is pretty but something about her is also special to him. And if a woman is pretty she might have a bunch of friends or become friendless. I still question my looks I started going to the gym in September I wear my real hair no makeup & I had 26 different men ask me out on dates but women rarely pay me that much attention. Only mostly older women & younger girls are nice to me not so much women close to my age . Just wondering if being baby faced (looking 14 y/o) will impact my attractiveness level? I am 25 and get approached a lot in clubs where I wear makeup to look older and I'm offered drinks by decent looking men, but outside of the club I never get approached with my guy friends saying I'm pretty but look really young when they first met me they thought I was a minor. An example would be actress Jenna Ortega who also looks really young but is pretty.

I consider myself average but good looking. Everywhere I go I get compliments on how gorgeous I look(even when I dress down). Ngl at times I get 3 compliments a day(even from strangers) on how beautiful I`am. Sometimes it`s even overwhelming for me to reply to compliments...But I realized 90% of the compliments I get are mostly from average looking women, so sometimes I think maybe I´m just "girl pretty".Would you say that there is a difference between "girl pretty" and "guy pretty" and do they have the same value?. Good video. I get what you're saying but for me I agree and disagree at the same time. With women, it's all about tone and emotion. A woman can say a man is cute and really mean cute like a puppy or old lady. But she can also mean cute like handsome, sexy or hot. It's all about tone. A great example from my own life, I was at this event in high school. This girl was telling me how cute I was. But she was saying it with that puppy dog tone. But her friend was giving me this seductive look and she said "He sure is cute..." But there was sensual vibe to it. That girl would always be eyeing me too. Another time in college, I was doing a presentation. I overheard this one woman say to her friend "Who is that?!!" Her friend said my name. And she asked how old I was. Friend told her.
