Country Meets Metal?! Falling In Reverse All My Life feat Jelly Roll Reaction
Im literally wearing a Periphery t shirt i bought from one of their concerts 😂. One of my favorite bands ever. Ill let the rest of the comments guide you towards more songs from these honestly cool and humble dudes
Hard to pick favourite but my top 3 at the moment: 1. Stranger things 2. Atropos 3. Capitan On
All periphery songs are my favorite. The end.
Sounds like a well tuned chainsaw
Dime is playing a Dean ML guitar in this video. Dime and Vinnie had great chemistry as brothers and as musicians. RIP Dime and Vinnie, you'll forever be missed.
Went to a couple Pantera, Down and Super Joint Ritual Shows. Pantera, hands down, was the craziest concerts I've ever been to. They started out with Cemetery Gates and ended with F&*king Hostile., Every song got heavier and heavier until I was just surviving in a crowd that had turned mosh pit. The whole floor had turned into a massive circle mosh pit. I will never forget that. One of the heaviest best bands ever because they had so many levels of ways to being intense and dynamic. Music to my ears over the years.....
This is my favorite band! They are awesome live as well.
Ever notice how you don't really see metal guys reacting to rap songs?
5:00 what you are seeing there when you said you didn't understand, is a Parca my man. Parcae (or Moire) were three deities who allegorically spun, measured and cut the thread of human life. Also Emerson Lake and Palmer have a reference on those in their song The Three Fates on their homonymous first album. the three Parcae were (in greek) Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos, that is Lachesis measuring the thread of the life span of the character. Generally speaking I myself think the video's production is lackluster compared to the song tbh, still the ideas are cool and interesting, as most Meshuggah's
you should listen to Everything Ends by them, its very heavy
Favourite song : luck as a constant Solos for days ❤❤❤❤
Hell Yeah
Disasterpiece live in London 2002
Vinnie murdering the percussions as per...
I almost lost my mind when it got paused TWICE at the beginning of the breakdown!
React to "Spit it Out" live version from Download 2009 next. Trust me. You won't be disappointed.
Probably late to the party lol, but Dimebag played Dean guitars exclusively
You've already taken the first step, now there's no turning back, once you listen to Periphery you can't stop.I would like you to continue reacting (Here is a small list of suggestions) Satelites Wax wings remain indoors stranger things thanks nobuo Dracul gras sentient glow There are many more but the list would be very long.
New Millennium Cyanide Christ and Future Breed Machine are a good place to start after Bleed. Some of their best work.
Oh man, where to start? Can I even just pick 3 to recommend? How about if I give you a few sets of 3 that I think work well together to listen to? - This is kind of like a "gorgeous guitar/vocal melodies with crushing breakdowns" list, but also #1 and #3 are also in my overall top 5 favourites of all of their songs I think: 1] The Way The News Goes 2] Ow My Feelings 3] Racecar - Obligatory Alpha/Omega list with a classic thrown in for good measure 1] Alpha 2] Ragnarok 3] Omega - This is a "songs to absolutely DAMAGE the air around you to" list: 1] Prayer Position 2] Totla Mad 3] The Gods Must Be Crazy! - This is a bit more of a "Djent funk/Experimental direction" list but the first two are CRIMINALLY slept on, and Reptile is probably objectively one of their top 3 best songs along with Racecar: 1] Froggin' Bullfish 2] Rainbow Gravity 3] Reptile - This is an instrumentals list: 1] Zero 2] Zyglrox 3] New Groove or Overture - This one's a "slightly more mainstream accessible but great nonetheless" list: 1] Remain Indoors 2] The Bad Thing 3] Marigold - This is a list of "rare" songs that you might have trouble finding or even be unable to, but if you do go to the effort of finding them they won't let you down I promise: 1] Eureka 2] Captain On! (original Haunted Shores version is best) 3] Sentient Glow (again the Haunted Shores version is best I think they had the guy from Monuments singing for them back then but these are amazing songs) - List of songs I couldn't think of lists for but they're really good: 1] All New Materials 2] Stranger Things 3] Lune 4] Satellites OK and that ought to do me because if I list any more than that I'll just be here like "yOU sHoULd LiStEn tO tHe WhOlE DiSCoGraPhY". .... You should listen to the whole discography, though, ngl. 😂
You should check out Orbit Culture - While we serve! The future of modern metal!
*Metallica waiting backstage convincing themselves enter sandman really does rock* 😂😂😂😂😂
Favorite band since my own metal journey! I LOVE how everyone is suggesting different songs. It really shows how excellent and beautiful Periphery is. (Also, yeah, most of their music videos are ass).
Oh they do HEAVY! Just depends how heavy you wanna go. They've pretty much covered all genres of metal/ rock. From deathcore to pop rock and poppunk. So depends what you're looking for? This is from their biggest album to date, Sempiternal. They're a British rock band from Sheffield. And you can hear it at times. Their sound is ever evolving. Like they always said they would. They never wanted to be put in a box and bring out the same sounding album over and over. Some OG fans who are into their deathcore, hate their newer sound. ATM they're very futuristic metal, hyperpop gamer sounding metal. Its very cool imo. You've probably heard their song, "can you feel my heart". It was a huge meme for gigachad. And they sound linkin park esk too at times. But their back catalogue is interesting and very cool. If you're after heavier than this id try.... It never ends Dear diary Antivist If you want heavier.. Chelsea smile The come down Diamond's arnt forever Or silly heavy... Pray for plagues or any from the count your blessings album Their recent heavy sound... Koolaid AmeN Very good songs Just too many to remember and its almost 3am, so can't think.. Nee subscriber... Looking forward to hearing what you think if thsi amazing band.💜
If you like guitar I would suggest "Metali" feat. Tom Morello, from the last album good heavy songs are also "Mirror Mirror" and "Metalizm". There were a lot of collabs coming out recently that are great too. I heard somewhere the name Babymetal is a joke on japanese pronunciation of heavy metal. In the video girls are: Su 18, Moa and Yui 16. Now, Su is 27, Moa 25 and Momo 21 (new member since last year, she does growls now 😊). They started this when girls were 12 and 10, such a long wonderful journey it is ❤. Saw them live twice, going 3rd time next year. 🦊🤘🏻
I didn't like BABYMETAL when I saw their first videos 10 years ago or so. So who am I to judge you? But I bought their tickets 7 or 8 times since that and had the best times of my life.
Abysmal eye meshuggah live bloodstock 2023 next, it’s insane and I was there
That sounds epic! 🔥 I can only imagine how insane it must've been live. I'll definitely add it to the list-thanks for the suggestion!
Moatfloater oretty much suggested all the ones I was going to, I was going to also suggest Thanks Nobuo but since you love Spencer's vocals so much I can't recommend Wax Wings enough, it's a softer song but god DAMN if that shit doesn't give you full body goosebumps I don't know what will🤣 Subbed to follow your Periphery journey👀
Thanks for the awesome recommendations! I'll definitely check out 'Wax Wings' soon-if it’s as goosebump-inducing as you say, I’m already hyped! 😄 And 'Thanks Nobuo' sounds intriguing too-appreciate you sharing. Loving this journey so far, and I’m glad to have you along for it!
Meshuggah-Clockworks Thomas Haake drum playthrough Humanity's Last Breath-Instill VildhJartA-Brannmarkt Meshuggah is the pioneer of Djent metal, and laid the foundation for an evolved and similar style called Thall, which is forefronted by VildhJartA and Humanity's Last Breath. If heavy is your thing, you almost can't outdo Thall. Check into the name Buster Odeholm. He is the producer of almost every Thall band out there, and is one of the most talented musicians ever.
Dracul Gras (dont do the music video, its lame), Blood Eagle, jetpacks was yes v2 or music video, reptile (if you are keen for a 16 minute epic), the bad thing, Stranger things, zagreus, Atropos, prayer position, Wildfire, Facepalm mute
Do the Dracul Gras drum play through ^
My top 3 would be : 1 - Luck as a Constant 2 - The Bad Thing 3 - Habitual Line Stepper
Thanks for the suggestions! 👀
@ZKReacts39 second for "the bad thing"
Habitual Line-Stepper is such a banger. Underrated
I made a list but forgot to write The bad thing. Might be the best starter song to this band’s sound
Let me know which Periphery song I should check out next! 👇👇
Wildfire, Wax Wings, Reptile, Blood Eagle, Dracul Gras, Absolomb, Luck as a Constant, Omega
My favourite would have to be Absolomb. It’s a journey!
BMTH is absolutely incredible live. Went to see them (with Bad Omens supporting) in Dublin in January 24 and barely got out alive 😂. Other than those already suggested Throne and Drown also hit like a truck and I have a soft spot for Shadow Moses and Can you feel my heart. TBH I love their entire catalog, their latest album (next gen) can be described as ‘Bring me Every Genre’ they like to experiment and I’m here for it - the heavier ones from that are Kool-aid, Amen… and Limousine (featuring aurora), when it comes to the music at least. They are well worth a listen.
Not offended. You don't like it but are willing to see if you can find something you like. That's more than a lot of people so give yourself credit for that. If you want to explore more, I would try Oh Majinai for the celtic metal, YAVA! for the ska metal, Awadema Fever! for the jungle/dnb vibe, Shanti Shanti Shanti and Metalizm for the middle eastern feel. You have to get past the idea that metal is all masculine, growls, screams and yelling. Sumetal is vocal powerhouse and has tremendous range, which does NOT include growling, much to distress of many fans. LOL In any case, glad you are willing to give them a shot. Hope you join The One!
You should react to Pantera - Floods, best guitar solo imo
@@mohnishverma 🤔 il have to check that out thanks for the suggestion
You should check out future breed machine next by meshuggah next. This song is barely scratching the surface of their discography!
hell yea!, you should Check out Dancers of a Discordant System, its from the same album and a personal favorite of mine!
also to add, They have been around since the 90's and are still making music and touring! i think its safe to say they popularized what would become the Djent sound, but imo no one does it like em. fun fact, bleed was in either Guitar Hero or Rock band
@@nicko-7749 il definitely check it out! Thanks for the comment
Great song but a deep cut for sure
The video version is actually a shorter version of the song. Check out the live drum cam by Wincent Drumsticks, it's insane. Tomas Haake is a machine.
@@wuiqed interesting 🤔 il definitely check that out
Emily was always dead in the video it was her Ghost we were following if you look none of the paramedics or firemen react to her being there. Also the song is kinda about people in relationships not listening to each other in the case of the video a romantic relationship, though the song can be applied to platonic ones too. The woman is Emily's Girlfriend for the video, but she is a Korean actress they hired for the video forgot her name though.
Nero Forte Psychosocial Sulfer Till we die Wait and bleed are some good ones you should deff check out
Horrible list to start from, wow. Then again starting with Unsainted is sketch.
Could you react to Phantom siita's Conflicting? I hope you see this comment. Thank you
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll definitely check it out. Appreciate you dropping by and sharing-stay tuned!
Surfacing, eyeless and people=shit are sooo good man. They are so creative
Thanks for the suggestions! Slipknot’s creativity is off the charts, and I can’t wait to check out more from them. Appreciate you sharing these!
if you want heavy - these guys are one of the pioneers of the deathcore genre. they've just changed their sound so much that these days you never know what you'll get. You can try Shadow Moses off the same album which is quite a bit heavier, but if you want heavy heavy you should listen to Alligator Blood, Crucify Me, Chelsea Smile, Pray for Plagues. trust me you're not ready
BMTH is fucking goated
YOu probably simply just don't like young female voices in metal 😄
Did you notice how cool Kevin was at the end? No one turns around how he does!!
Please reacr bring me the horizon-shadow moses
Yeah. That's a BANGER and such an anthem. Also there's a song called anthem. That's alot heavier than this. From the album, there is a hell believe me I've seen it,there is a heaven let's keep it a secret. Amazing album
3:12 that's called palm muting (or Chugs). It's when the guitar player rests the side of their palm on the strings near the bridge while strumming to dampen the sound. It allows them to incorporate different patterns and rhythms into their riffs.
You should check out kool aid from their most recent album, and then their live performance with aurora recently of limousine from the same album
I like how they sound
