Rare. Mike was renowned for talking trash, once he got involved with Don King and his cronies. That's when his ego went into the stratosphere

This is a great video to destroy the narrative that Brady was carried by special teams and defense. No doubt they played great, but Brady was the main reason why the team got on track to even make it to the playoffs in the first place, and of course a 20-year dynasty (and a 22-year Tom Brady dynasty) after.

Isiah was 5'11" and in the 1980s the NBA was physical and if you were weak you would not last long. Isiah still the brst PG after Magic bar none and he could take over games on both ends.

It's not a coincidence that Mike only started talking trash when he started to lose his edge and skills as a fighter. When he was at his absolute peak he was respectful, thoughtful, humble and intelligent. As soon as his skills started to fade, which was very quickly considering, he started to sound like a complete prick and thought he could scare people into losing. It worked....until it didn't . Until he fought the only real fighter he ever fought....don't get me wrong Buster was a great fighter, for one night. Holyfield was great his entire career. He wasn't the least but intimidated by Mike and Mike knew it. It's why he lashed out in the 2nd fight. He knew he couldnt beat Holyfield so his inner coward came out. You can't hide from who you are in the ring. Tyson showed he was a coward that night. He even waited till Holyfield turned his back to push him. This is the big bad monster that everytime was afraid of?? Tyson straight up acted like a bitch that night. And I'm sure he'd be the first to admit it. Terrifying fighter in his short prime but in any other era he would've been a level beneath everyone. Foreman would've decapitated him. Ali would've played with him. It's crazy how many people say Mike is the best Heavyweight ever. Not even close.

A humble fighter is very dangerous. A mouthy fighter is covering up. Tyson was often humble before he went to prison.

What I love about these old school vault videos is showing how basically everyone was physical in their own way of shaping their identities. The problem I have with so called fans is that they act like newyork and Detroit was the only teams doing it . ironically Phil Jackson and Jordan complained to the league while other teams didn't like it but played through it and didn't go to the media or the league.

Evan Fields full of steroids cheating not only with PEDS but cowardly head butts and holding and the referee Mills Lane allowing it all! Mike shoukd have biten his nose off too! Mike was beating him in the 2nd fight, despite all the cheating. Make a 3rd fight right now! Lets see who if he has a chance agaisnt a mentally healthy Mike Tyson. He wouldn't last one round the roided headbutting cheat!

We saw who the bully was twice. And who the coward was and had to bite someone's ear to get out of the fight. Holyfield was fearless and in the second fight staredown it was tyson that was scared, he looked away when Holyfield looked right thru him.

I don't like that, but I understand them. You can't assure your win without having great players of opposing team giving out less than 100% and that's what they were doing. Trying to lower output of Scottie Pippen, who obviously was the best or one of two-three best players in his team.
