    I know for more visibility and broader reach you have to collab with multiple people. But, sharing a platform with those who lose weight by calorie count and intermittent fasting is dishonor to you. There are multiple fitness influencers who are actual lifters and you should collaborate with them. In the end, it's your choice with whom you are sharing a screen.

    Small brain people should understand the amino acid isnt all of protein majority of what's termed protein is calories/fat/carb Its not absolutely protein its partially and protein of every food has amino acids that you can add to your diet it's not completely about protein it's about food and food with higher protein could mean less amino acids
