@@mizfeldy I think you've got bit more than a speck. But yeah, there are few people - very few - that come along every once in a while who are in some whole other realm of creativity. It just comes to them more than others. But again, you have that songwriting gift. That's clear.
Okay, I'm gonna risk sounding rhapsodic. But this...this is such a beautiful song. If this was 1970, you would be in with Nick Drake, Joni, Tim Buckley. (I have to compare it to another time, because pretty much no one seems to be able to write music like this now.) That good. Thank you.
Thank you, that's very kind. I was just listening to Pink Moon today. Nick Drake would have an even harder time being heard, now. He was too original for the algorithm. The world is full of beautiful music while the algorithm pushes screaming goats.

Another lovely one. Yes, (as commented) - books: a healthy respite from the madness of the current world, and a perspective gained. Even if of a different era, a different set of problems, yet somehow greater overall sanity. Just completed: the Jan Swafford biography of Johannes Brahms.
