100% agree there was no era in kickboxing heavyweights like the old k1. Not even close. Nowadays theirs so many fat or out of condition heavyweights cardio cant last the full fight. Verhoven aside but apart from that back in the day the Dutch Lumberjack, Mr Perfect, Cro Cop, Hug, Hari, Lebanner and more in their prime so good, lean in shape killers all fighting eachother...I dont think weill ever see that kind of heavyweight competition again ever

I know from your earlier vlogs you eat eggs which a good source of cross spectrum amino acid proteins. I prefer Zinc Picolinate (chelated zinc) as it is more bioavailable than other types of zinc and take during evening as again more bioavailable to body at that time. I don't bother with oral forms of magnesium as not very bioavailable through food, absorbs better through skin (so either use magnesium oil or Epsom salt bath to top up levels). Keep up the great fights. 🙏🏻💯

Excellent tip and I don't believe in fitness influencers at all.......I take protein shake for muscle recovery, but less sugar. As a person on the go from work to Karate dojo and doing kickboxing the last 2 years apart from martial arts training, your video tip is very helpful.
