Welcome to my channel. In this vlog, I will show you my two trainings, one in which we will be training at Muscle-Fit in Eindhoven under the guidance of Ron Rovers. The best boxing coach of the Netherlands and trainer of many (kick)boxing champions like my father Peter Aerts, Nieky Holzken, Robin van Roosmalen, Andy Souwer and many more!
I will also take a very cold Ice Bath, one of my favourite things to do before a training and eat sushi in Eindhoven.
