    I am truly Grateful, Thankful and Blessed to see one season ending and another about to begin.     Nice workout to do on non weight days, Deborah! Would you be open to doing a senior, seated upper body workout (maybe 15 minutes with no repeats) using dumbbells but lifting & lowering them very slowly for a count of 5 or 6? I find I can lift heavier when I do slow & controlled movements rather than super fast like most of the younger instructors like to teach. 🥰
