Loving your videos as of recently I feel they get better every watch. But my fav paddle this year was for sure the Apes Pulse V the sweet spot is so big and it breaks down nicely still offering lots of power and control which I enjoy.

No, mine is already delaminated after 6 months and their customer service sucks. It's been more than a week and still have not received a response regarding my warranty claim.

my favorite paddle of the year was the DBD Infinity! i liked how fast it felt in the hands at the kitchen line and still packed enough power for my drives and overheads to put balls away. im definitely interested in trying a ruby to compare the playstyles between the two paddles

Great job on the lookback review. I haven't seen any of the big paddle reviewers cover that angle. Nice to think back how much has changed in just a year. My favorite paddle in 2024 was the Spartus Apollo. Not because it's the best paddle of the year but it's super stable paddle with great control and a very low swingweight of 108. That low swingweight has kept my chronic pickleball elbow pain at bay and allowed me to continue to be out of the court. I don't own any 6.0 paddles despite their excellent reputation. Most would be too high of a swingweight for me with the exception of that nice Infinity you're giving away. ;)

My favorite paddle of 2024 was indeed the 6.0 ruby 16mm. I just switched over to a joola Perseus 3s 16mm. However, the ruby is still one of my favorites

favorite paddle was def the paddletek bantam tko-cx 12.7 MM. That bad boi slaps! it's so much fun when you get to the kitchen lol.

My favorite paddle was the 16MM Ruby. I could not afford one at its original price but my club let me use their demo quite a bit. The spin is incredible and a very nice looking paddle.

I bought the Ruby in that first "waiting for it to come out" period. It remains my favorite paddle and has transformed my control and drop game. I can also hit ALL OUT with it, and it does not go out if I effectively use the available topspin boost. I hope I can get the Infinity, 14 mm version someday. Good review.

I think almost everyone says the j2k/ti is the paddle of the year and fit good reason. But my favorite would be the 11six64 Monarch Jelly Bean - it’s a fantastic paddle and an absolute steal at its $90 price (it was like $65 during Black Friday sales). It wasn’t the paddle I stuck with but it was so easy to pick up and I sold it to a friend looking to get his first real paddle. It’s THE paddle I recommend to friends getting more into pickleball.
