Don't conflate level 100 with talent. Bang your head long enough against the War Thunder wall and you'll get to Level 100. I've seen plenty of high level players start new accounts as well.

Too good for low tiers and too bad for top tiers. Next time think before telling someone to go lower tiers while being in top tier match haha

The gameplay at each tier is a little different. Movement is punished more, the maps a little bigger. Armor is a little less effective etc. The difference between high tier and low tier is massive though. So the most fun can often be found in the low tier. Or at least be seen as a different game mode to play for a little bit between the camp fest that is above 4.0 where the super heavy tanks with highly accurate and powerful cannons start, which encourage sniping/camping.

Just got up to lvl93 not there yet but i went to 1.0 a game and it’s really funner then top tier it’s calmer

Low tier is so much more fun, but as lvl 80 i can say that game NEED to divide high lvl and low lvl players. At least 70% of time and at least on first rank.

Also skill issue watching you miss on that t 34 hurt

I play only air-sim with stick and throttle controller. Except the high tier sim removes my money. Than I go to air arcade with tier 2 and lower and make silverlions. repeat forever. Because repair costs on this is not very much and an arcade match doesn't take long and gives without booster ussually more than 10k silverlions.

Me lvl 71 I like 1.0- 1.7 because its chill. U can turn off ur head and still have a decent match. Playing Mid or high tier means ur concentration must be much higher

Been playing for years and there is no shame going back to 1.0. The tanks move faster, no thermals, most rounds will pen most of the vehicles, and its reaction based instead of weakspot targeting. Just a more fun faster playstyle. Im technically a seal clubber in your eyes because ive grinded alot of the trees out but honestly its just fun to use my lowtier germans and americans. Playing for years and ive settled on 2.7 being my main br because of the hs129. Quack.

For those who are wondering "why do newbies enter br 10 without knowing how to play?" Starting from the fact that the game is simple, you move, shoot and move again, the difficult part is knowing the maps, where to shoot at the enemy tank and how to move. Thinking that the game is all like that, many want to see what the br 10 is like, or try a modern vehicle in general. If you want to blame someone, blame Gaijin, because instead of instructing new players or giving a limitation, they allows you to spend freely and you find yourself such players of which I am also part, given that the playing time is short and the premium would be to give him free money and then play 2 or 3 times. honestly? Sometimes I'm playing and I decide to go back to the lower tiers, remember what it was like to play with different vehicles, or a new nation. I've been playing War Thunder for years and I started in Germany but I've already leveled Japan, Italy, France and even Israel all up to 8.3/8.7. But sometimes I go back to playing with the panzer IV, playing with the Italian L3 just for fun and honestly? The top tier gets boring over time, the same game modes just make everyone boring, premiums, high repair costs and the time it takes to unlock new vehicles wear on my head, so after a day of work I think: " suffer in the top tier and get 0.5% of what I need or just play in the low or mid tier before bed?"

Low tier premiums are cheap and often fun af. At least that's why I sometimes go back and play tier 1 and 2.

It is mostly fair, but due to rare/fun marathon or new premium people that by that system would be seal clubbers by testing of having fun on something like BM-8-24, Sd.Kfz.221 (s.Pz.B.41) or L3/33 CC. After normal gameplay on high tier it is nice to have some gun on unreasonable vehicles that are mostly low tiers.

I'm somwhere between a low tier enjoyer and a "new tree starter". I don't usually go down to low tiers on trees that I've already researched. But when I start a new tree I tend to stay for a while and play way more matches at lower tier than is needed to unlock new tanks in that tech tree. For example I just recently moved to playing M3A1 Stuart at 2.3 in the US tree, after playing around 120 games with my 2.0 lineup. The reason for that is I simply enjoy the feeling of moving through the years and experiencing technological progress. So I usually spend some time playing a lineup before moving forward. I'm a slow grinder. So far I've only reached top tier with Germany and high-mid tier (7.3) with USSR after 5 years of playing the game. But I enjoy it this way.
