Bank: we are scumbags and we control the courts and the power of the Federal Government and you will suffer our wrath. Wronged customer: I have a right to bitch about your demonic acts and you cant stop me. The deception and fraud of the system are clear. The IRS chases down taxpayers for not paying a few thousand dollars that the IRS believes they owe but never NEVER, EVER goes after Bankers who pay no taxes on all the profits they have and the security frauds they commit, but they (IRS) knows full well the Banks owe Billions in taxes. The people go the Bank , sign a promissory note for $500K, the Bank puts that promise to pay in the future (a security) as a deposit as an asset and the Banks assets increase by 500K and then they use that 500K to give back to the Borrower as a loan and have the Borrower sign a security agreement giving the Bank lien rights to claim the home if the Borrower does'nt pay them twice for the loan (first payment is promissory note and second payment is the payments they make to satisfy the Mortgage Lien filed at the county. Why dont people figure this scam out? When you go to the bank and sign a check made out to you and deposit it with the bank, does the bank do nothing in return for your gift of the check that has value? No... they give you a receipt for the amount of the check and your receipt guarantee's your right to claim that the value was added to your acct. Why doesn't the bank give you a receipt for your promissory note for the full value? Because they are stealing that security. Since 1933 there has been no lawful money (gold and silver) and only credit and the resultant security (credit is a promise to pay IN THE FUTURE and not payment, a security is a lien interest (collect in the future) and is a promise to pay in the future (BECAUSE WITHOUT GOLD AND SILVER THERE CAN NEVER BE ANY DEBT THAT CAN BE PAID). Why do you think a Bank always demands 2 promises to pay the same amount but only returns 1 check for the amount. Isn't a promissory note a signed promise to pay and the mortgage security agreement is a promise to pay. There is no need for the signed Promissory note because IN THE MORTGAGE, you are promising to make 360 payments and if you dont they take the house (that is an equal exchange of value). iTS ALL FRAUD.

That is A Supreme Court, it is not THE Supreme Court. If it is a supreme court, it's at the state level. Cameras are not allowed in SCOTUS. Why? Because SCOTUS is corrupt. SCOTUS has ruled that you can film in ANY area where the public is allowed to be. However, despite that the public is allowed to watch SCOTUS trials, filming is not allowed there. Seems kinda strange that in the very 1st amendment of the Constitution, it clearly states that we are allowed to have freedom of the press and yet SCOTUS restricts filming in their public forum.

Seems like returning fire instead of retaliation, as the bank mad the first move.

Look up the pruchase and the trademark registration of the town of Wenatchee Wa, back in the early 90s. A gental man noticed that the town had not secured the name throug legal terms, then he did it. Forcing the town to eithre change their name and remove the current name from all letter head and sings , as well every other thing like websites email ect.... or pur hace the trademark registration from him. He won the lawsuit and the town wound up having to buy it from him. Gives a whole new meaning to heads up ball.

10:39 It's interesting the bank's lawyer points out that he bought the website for the sole purpose of injuring the bank but then also says it's blackmail. It can't be blackmail if he doesn't want anything from it except to injure the bank.

Even if it was months they held you back from getting a home that's enough to cause dangerous levels of stress on someone unduly. This really made my morning. And sorry you two had do deal with an evil bank. Since 2008 when they almost destroyed our economy(but did destroy an incredible amount of small and medium sized businesses)stopped using banks and have been with credit unions since. They have all the protections of a bank(FDIC 250k dollars insurance on your money etc)but the CU is owned by the people who have their money in it. Also loans through a CU for eg typically have a much lower APR than a bank. So many don't realize CU are superior and banks DO NOT deserve our patronage and have shown us so many times...For eg my truck loan is 2.9% apr but my GF who has a loan through a large bank is 9% or something. Which doesn't seem like much to some but it is.

This is akin to the the pro se buying the building the bank was in because it was for sale and they didnt own the lease. He then says if you want it you can buy it but Im putting signs outside saying this business is bad on my property. Then the bank lawyer argues they are already there he cant buy the property. If anything the bank is squatting on his website name. They should change their name so not to infringe on his web property

A case was heard. I heard no decision made by the Judge. This was apparently only a hearing. If it has been labeled honestly, I wouldn't have wasted my time watching.

Banks are so use to screwing people they thought this was going to be a stroll in the park for them. They were wrong.

Boy, Charter West Bank's legal counsel sure messed up by not preventatively protecting their business in the 21st century regarding everything they have complained about in this case. None of their complaints would need to be argued now if they had taken care of their client, the bank, many years ago. I suggest the Board of the bank fire their old fart representation and hire a younger firm that is savvy about living in this digital age. 🧓

The end result of the decision is that Charter West lost their claim that this m an was cybersquatting. Another example of a corporation refusing to do the right thing and then going to the mat to crush the little guy.

Much respect for your persistence and hard work. 2nd) People complaining about not knowing the outcome should do a little homework (as others here have) and you can read the Supreme Court's decision. It took 5 min to find and 2 min to read the summarization and another 2 to skim the decision as written by the court. This video isn't a TV show.
