Did you need to cerakote the slide after porting it to prevent potential rust?

I love mine. Had it for about 3 months. Around 750 shots through it. Only had 2 failure to eject, 1 caused by my buddy limp wristing with 1 hand. Both happened with in the first 40 rounds. Has ran absolutely perfect and flawless ever since. I have no issue whatsoever with the grip tearing my hand up lol. Been a welder fabricator for 16 years plus do a ton of mechanic work. Medium sized hands but they’re tough 😂 first canik I’ve ever owned and it’s probably my favorite now. I like it better than any Glock, S&W , kimber , hk, Taurus that I’ve owned.

I’ve got a bunch of CZ’s but only a few polymer(P-07 P-10S and P-10SC). Debating on getting the Nocturne or P-10C OR. Thanks for the great video.

Bought the firearm and put over 600 rounds through her on its first range trip. (200 suppressed) Not one hiccup. I was advised to strip, clean, and grease(not oil). So i did. Also, only 2 mags was pretty rough on my thumbs, for 600, hahaha. 👍 My philosophy of use for this gun was pretty simple. See if i like the platform, see if i want to pursue it and the like. Not everyone has 3k+ to shell out on a maybe. So, to me, a 1300 investment (sb brace, rail, cheap optic) was honestly in my budget, and obtainable as well as cost effective. Truthfully, I am a gun snob, but i i wasn't sure if i'd like the mp5 platform. So i went with this option, after being shown one in my lgs, compared to a real sp5. It was a no brainer, and also made it no so hard-pressed to drop money on ammo to test. For me? Well, I like it. I really do. And for what i paid for it, it was worth the experience imo. Will i own a hk mp5/sp5? Probably. Will you? Your mileage may vary. Hope this helps some interested parties. Definately worth the price of admission for this guy.

I've got the MAC 2 and with slugs it kicks like a demon, it's actually painful. I would get the 1014 hands down, it shoots noticeably softer than the MAC2. Follow the directions and they'll both cycle light loads following. MAC 2 weighs 6lb 8oz. 1014 is 7lb 13oz.

Lol I bought the MAC5k. I am turning it into an SBR. That said I'm going to buy the regular MAC5 as well. The 5k is equally badass as the full size MAC. You can't go wrong with either model

I'll subscribe when you read the user's manual and set up a new firearm properly. You don't just take a gun out of the box and start shooting it. Of course, what do I know? I've only been an LEO weapons instructor and agency armorer/weapons tech for 23 years with several factory certifications in multiple platforms.

I have a genuine Benelli inertia driven shotgun. It’s NOT a defensive style weapon, it’s the Montefeltro model. I bought a second barrel for it and had it professionally cut down to 20” and back bored for chokes. That shotgun will eat whatever rounds I put through it. From the lightest target rounds to high brass hunting rounds, buck shot and slugs. It eats them all and gets seconds. Never understood the “inertia guns don’t like” crap. It’s been my experience out of the bunch of semi autos they are literally the least finicky. I’ve had gas driven guns that were real bitches that only liked this brand or that of ammunition, but none of the inertia guns I’ve owned have been like that. The only rounds I can’t speak to are the shortys. I’ve never had the opportunity to test them in my weapons. That being said, every inertia driven semi auto I’ve owned has been genuine Benelli. That’s NOT a knock on the clones, it’s just the truth. If I were in the market for an M4 Benelli I’d consider a clone for 1/4 the price as well. Especially now they have stepped up the manufacturing processes, but I’d also go into it KNOWING that brand new out of the box it’s going to take 250-300 rounds to get it broke in AND could possibly have a manufacturing defect that may need corrected.
