I'm hoping in the next 2-3 weeks. Trying to get schedules to line up is always fun!

I should make a guide like this, but I'm too lazy and I don't have the equipment. Anyway, if you're serious about this, and have a room where you can put padding on the walls, get an airsoft replica of your handgun (I use a CO2 version because I can get cartridge easier than filling with green gas), set up some targets, and practice. It's pretty quiet, the look and feel are the same, and you can practice draw, reloading, and transitions to your hearts content. Targets are cheap, and I use those jigsaw floor mats they use in gyms. I got better shooting and transitioning using this setup for a couple of months than I did shooting years at a static range.

Anything to get dynamic practice and training in is invaluable! Static "bullseye-type" shooting doesn't really have must real-world application. We strongly encourage folks to train as must as possible!

Question, what camera do you all use for your video recoding?

Yeah... 90% of the indoor range won't let you draw from your holster or do rapid fire. I think the most is 3 rounds in quick succession is allowed though. The only way I can make it work without breaking their rules is holding the gun below your chest pointing the gun down the range (acting as though you are holstering but not really), get into shooting position, aim and fire. That is one reason why I prefer outdoor ranges.

I think a lot of indoor ranges are starting to change with the times. We allow all those things to be done here, but you can adapt most of these drills to fit the rules of your range.

What a complete joke. Most people can't do any the things you prented in an indoor range. 99% of us can't draw at indoor ranges... even if you can, why would you lead with this. You proceded to do every drill from your holster. Then, you show targets turning sideways, maybe 10% of indoor ranges have tbis feature. Next, you reload from a belt, which is just as off limits as drawing from a belt. Then, you call out that indoor ranges don't allow rapid fire, but you can so that's the next suggestion.
The whole point of people requesting this video is for you to show us things we can do in a very restricted environment. It has no value when you ignore those limitations because you don't have them at this indoor range.
You should put some thought into it and give us a video where you do only what is possible in very restrictive indoor ranges.

@MrZola1234 As stated at the beginning of the video. These are questions we get from our customers...who shoot on our range...therefore they can do all these things on our range.
Not to mention, you can conduct most of these drills without all the bells and whistles. Par times on a shot timer from compressed high ready achieve similar results. Thanks for the feedback though!

Maybe you should go to BSC where YOU can. They told you in the video it's allowed. You have no business coming on here saying this is a complete joke when, in fact, they allow it!
      Grow up, man!

@@jhervin7320 it was a very fair critism. The point of drills at an indoor range is to give folks things they can actually do at an indoor range.

@@BUCKEYESHOOTINGCENTER i get the way you are narrowing the intended audience. Still think the criticism is fair. If you are trying to give folks indoor drills, give some that most of us can do... is your channel intended to only be for the small audience of that range.

@MrZola1234 opening sentence stated this is a complete joke, and you want to call it "fair criticism"?
I'm not sure where you live. However, where BSC is located, there are 2 other indoor ranges that most of this would be welcomed and allowed with the exception of being able to draw from a holster. They covered what you can do in the video if you don't have that option. I've not once been told I couldn't do double taps at any of them over the years of shooting at those different locations. BSC is the only range close to me where they have a state of the art target system. This is one of the main reasons I first started giving them my business. After going a few times, I got to engage with several of the employees, who always offer help and tips on several different occasions. I've also shot in the 2 gun league they hold. Maybe instead of saying it's a complete joke, you could ask for honest help on if the range you go to doesn't allow what they just showed. You never know they may have pointers to give you or someone else in your position.
This drill may not be for everyone, and that's okay! I'm sure they want to reach as many people they can. However, if they don't and it only helps out a select few, then they have still done something great.
