One day bro. Life is kinda taking up all my time at the moment. My average work days are 10-14 hours long. After that, I'm not sitting down practicing breath holding and cubing 😂

Hey there! Actually, that's a super easy question to answer. I suck at lubing and setting up cubes, so I pretty much never touch them when I get them out of the box. That's the Gan 12 UV coated Maglev, and it's totally box tensions/settings/lube.

@@joelhibbert4113 oh i also have the same cube bt i think it needs tensioning cz mine feels fast at 2nd tightest setting

I'm convinced you've got your goal of sub 20 💪 Sub 20 is super achievable with good efficiency, you literally only need 2-3 turns per second on average to achieve it 😁

I'm 45 and struggling around the 20-25 second mark. Once you get a little more experienced in F2L it really helps the times, I'm a super slow turner but even at 2-3tps F2L can be done in no time. I actually find it really fun doing OLL, there are a lots of very easy groups like T and Square. There is about 15 that are easy to learn that are worth incorporating if you can.

@@Godmil Spot on, with 3-4 turns per second, it is also possible to get sub 10 solves with brutal efficiency - Jperm has a video about that one. All the best for your journey too sir! 🙏

Depends on the situation and how beneficial vs non beneficial the extra moves will be. Figuring out if it's worth it or not is sort of on a case-by-case basis 😁

Hey man, so .... A lot has changed in my life for me. RUclips has shifted way back and I have no time for it at the moment. I'm otherwise occupied with life stuff, and it's going to be this way for a year or more. However, I am in the process as well of setting myself up to pursue RUclips full time in the future - I intend to do that as a living. Thanks very much! 😁When I learnt Cross+1, I had to do dedicated practice where I'd literally scramble the cube with the intention to plan Cross+1 and then I'd give myself as long as I needed to find the best +1 case. In a single day, I used to practice cubing for upwards of 8 hours, but a lot has changed for me since then and I now barely cube for a single hour some weeks. Hope this helps! 😄

Advanced F2L isn't learning fancy algorithms or things like that. It's just knowing how to best pair up your pairs 😄 Don't be fooled by the word "advanced". At the end of the day, we're all doing the same thing to solve the cube. Just some of us more efficiently than others.
