This video is all about exploring textures in ambient music. Many people think of ambient music as music without rhythm, structure, or texture Often with a lot of reverb to wash everything together. But I like to search for rhythmical, noisy, and textural structures within ambient music. This video is a sonic exploration of that. The textures in this piece are shaped by the Passive Operator from Error Instruments. Their experimental modules are truly inspiring, pushing me to explore new sonic territories.
