Standard one in Thailand is 51kwt, promised range is 425km (without using AC), with AC on it drops to 365km, but the real range is about 320-330km

I would still buy an electric one, but a second hand. The price drops so much after a while.. Even this MG4 is about 5k usd cheaper after a year (the new one!) The price drops faster than I pay my loan🥲🥲

Not sure what you mean. The same 1st class insurance, the same price and terms as any other cars. The warranty for the battery is 6 years, and for the car 8 years, or maybe opposite :D Don't remember now. But so far no problems, didn't claim anything yet

Probably not. There's certain things allowed in China that aren't allowed in other countries. That's why whenever you hear about Chinese cars having great software, often its due to privacy laws in other countries preventing it's uptake there. The MG4 is still good tho. Easily the best price/performance EV going. It's just a shame the UK model lacks the heat pump or it'd be unbeatable here.

I had once a ride with 3 other friends, they are big guys and the car surprisingly was going smoothly as usual. I didn't feel any additional weight. They were surprised too how quickly this car sped up. And about the range.. Can't tell. I was a pretty short trip

Most of the places, yes. But I struggled to find a charger in more distant provinces, close to mountains. So I wouldn't recommend going somewhere far for hiking or camping
