Is the strap on the 112 replaceable?

I just recently decided to ditch Smartwatches for good and get a good, traditional analog watch. I'm very picky when it comes to aesthetics of the things I carry every day. This Waterbury is one of the only designs I really really loved. Found one on Amazon for $85 and couldn't resist the deal. Picked it up and I've been loving it. 39mm is on the edge of what looks good on my smaller wrists but this one looks right at home. The design is classic and versatile, and with standard 20mm lugs you can dress it up or down depending on the band or strap you choose. I did a lot of research before purchasing, having not been a watch guy previously. I'm not at all disappointed in this choice. If I had to complain, the lume is embarrassingly weak. You're lucky to get an hour of visible lume in pitch darkness before the glow has all but disappeared completely. A very minor problem for a $85 watch, it would bother me more if I had paid MSRP.

The steeldive SD1944 is one of the best hommage to the Benrus type II for an afordable price.

I have got lots of watches mostly Casio the was a great price reduction on the blue version of this watch so I at the get it most of my Casios watches of g shocks because I like all the functionality of them but I also the cheaper Casio ones because they always have a way of making any of the watches look expensive no matter what the price is

Was this a spring loaded crown? I have a concern that the spring inside would be cardon steel and not stainless and therefor would dissolve too?

Nice watch. I may go with the leather strap version as it's cheaper in price but the bracelet looks good and is more versatile, especially for water activities.

I just bought a WAV-510a off Marketplace. It has a resin strap. I bought it as I have never seen one before. Any idea what year I would be looking at? I assume early 2000's as well

I have one (with the red dial) on the way from eBay, listed as 'faulty', but hoping that a battery change and reset is all that's needed. Daylight saving is one item that is missing from the programming, so that twice yearly resetting could be foregone.

Enjoyed the review except you may want to revise your gmt instructions. What you actually do for this watch is put your time zone on the bezel at the actual time it is in the fixed 24 hour outer part of the dial. When you line up your time zone, you can now look at any where in the world and see their time using the same 24 hour outer dial. The other (gmt) hand can be set to another time zone when traveling. I don't have all the watch language so I hope my comment makes sense. In short a great fun little watch. My first diver hybrid so the weight and thickness is new to me. Yes, the bezel only moving one way is a slight annoyance. The watch us a keeper.

I have a Casio that looks exactly like your Citizen with black face but has a white face, bought in the 90s. Has an extra button that lights the face at night.

I have the one like this with the red tipped 2nd hand. It's a great looking watch. I have changed the strap to much nicer black and grey velcro strap. It made the watch even better looking and very comfortable to wear. It's a very accurate quartz watch.

All of the reissues are large. It’s so annoying that Praesidus is the only company making an authentic size

I just picked up a brand new citizen garrison, 43 mm. Black face, number AW300-82E, think. But at the bottom on the dial above the word Evo drive, says Rail road Approved. Wonder what it meant, but have a clearer understanding now. Thanks to your video. Cheers Matt
