    It's interesting how when doing the toe touches she "pulses" three times instead of holding, which is how I've always been taught. Is there a difference in benefit?

    • @origamiSnow
      @origamiSnow 2 года назад

      From what I've been taught in sports exercises, holding is good when you've already warmed up your body, since your muscles have had time to "heat up" pulsing (or dynamic stretches) are good for pre-workout activities, since it allows the body to warm up as you stretch. I've always been partial to doing more dynamic stretches because it helps focus not just on the pain areas, but relaxing the muscles around the area as well
