I have a fully functioning hot water heater that’s on, heating water, obviously lit, and I still cannot see the freaking flame 🔥 through the black hole. Aggrevating.

The santeen is either muriatic acid or sulfuric acid based. We would use muriatic acid in the spring time to get stains off the pools before painting them. CLR works too. Anything with a good acid base will do the trick. Just be careful with it.

Might just wanna invest in a set of safety goggles…

Tom I got a question for you fortunately my toilet doesn't look anything as bad as this one but at the bottom of the bowl were the whole for the water going to the rear of the toilet is on that bottom section there's a yellow stain I've tried cleansers I've tried scrubbing I can't get it to come out we're on lake water so it's not hard water any ideas

First time home owner, I follow the instructions but when I released the button, the flames turned off. Should I waiting more than 30 seconds after flaming start ?

Most of these people including you have no idea about cleaning you just have the nerve to go on bluff it. I did house cleaning for a living I know what I am talking about I live it. Iron out is the very best toilet bowl cleaner there is the easiest way to clean a toilet. Don’t have to remove the water, put iron out in your tank, toilet bowl. a bit of dish detergent let it set for at least a couple hours while you do other things, if you are going to work it is a good idea to put it in before you leave for work flush it out when you come home from work, or you can put it in before going to bed flush in the morning. I guarantee you Your toilet tank, bowel, will shine just like new. Saves time , money , extra work. You never have to drain the water wasted time, energy, money.

Muriatic acid works the best find it in paint dept. Home depot lowes etc. Bout 10.00 a gal. Use 1/2 gallon a time

Borax poured in before bed is supposed to clean the toilet after a quick swish in the morning. Haven’t tried it though. Oxalic Acid (in Barkeepers Friend) or bought as a powder on Amazon is a good way to neutralize calcium also. Oxalic is strong and emits fumes so has to be mixed using precautions. But less noxious than Muriatic aka HCL acid in the stuff in the video (already diluted). Oxalic is a great rust remover too and will not harm metal - unlike HCL.

We have extremely hard water where I live, and the best thing I have found is SOS pads. It takes the hard water stains, right off and doesn’t scratch the porcelain

What a great idea to stick your hand inside a toilet. Great thinking. No sense in getting a pumice stone with a long handle. Just put your hand in the toilet instead.

Is the Santeen disolving Urea? Urea is the solid particles that come with urine and stick to porcelain.

I can't imagine that the plunger made the hard water stain go away as you can see it done in this video. Looks like a set-up/staged scenario, plus, if it had been flushed earlier, why is there toilet paper in the water brought back by the plunger? Not very well staged, LOL
