No oil cooler yet. I have thought about the 4V head. Also wondering if anyone makes a performance camshaft for these?

@@southeastvintagecyclerescue I believe so as far as camshaft upgrades but I don't see too many.. but if you get the head you have to replace the piston w the 4v because of the valve reliefs

@@speedyme200 I may look seriously into the 4v upgrade as then next step on this.

I don't think an 18T counter will fit without clearancing the case. With the 17T she's just clearing by a hair with the chain on. With the change to 17T and keeping the 35T rear it's a lot more manageable than it was. We'll see, I still have the 33T I could throw on it.

@@southeastvintagecyclerescue I put an 18t on the 125cc, in the ST90, that I’m riding to W.V. I had to make a little clearance on the stator cover. I’m running 18/37 with 14” tires on that bike. I’m taking a 16t and a 17t with me, just in case the W.V. hills are a little too much for the 18. 🤣

@@southeastvintagecyclerescue I ordered the foam and cover combo. When you get your receipt, make sure it says Honda on the back of the cover. Mine initially was going to have Hi-Flite on it but had them change it. One more thing - they make them as they are ordered and it takes about 8 weeks.

I wasn't aware that the stock skid plate didn't fit. I never tried to install one on mine. Depending on where it's interfering maybe you could use some washers/spacers where it mounts to the bottom of the engine to gain some more clearance?

@southeastvintagecyclerescue Unfortunately not that easy....the main bar hits the bottom of the "U" in the exhaust pipe...so I can't even get the bolt holes anywhere close. It can't tip up to its horizontal position, so the bolt holes are about 4 inches away.... Not much I can do.. Thanks for the reply..!!

@southeastvintagecyclerescue Sir I am installing that exact exhaust as we text! If you'd I be the happy to send you a pic of my little ct 125 when I'm finished here in a bit. I've got a problem. Which end or direction of donut gasket goes into exhaust port? I don't want to put it in backwards or upside down. Wrong. Any & all advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. It's probably a common sense thing I'm sure but it looks like maybe it could possibly go either way?

@@kemoayers8272 I've never really bothered too much with which direction that gasket goes in. Never had one leak on a fresh gasket.

I did not have the hub mounted when I installed the tires. I just used a lot of soapy water and took my time putting the tires on. It wasn't easy but I got it done. My bars are clone CT70 bars. Not sure exactly how wide they are. They are a bit wider than stock.
