So Stupid! Ive seen videos in 2015 how pro athlets break their biceps, as they start training in cold weather. You are taking unnecessary risk of getting unjury, or even get lung inflamation which can be easily lethal. If you want to use cold for health, it should be done by cold showers (switch cold to hot several times). Seems you disregard yourself a lot, with this kind of approach you will get injured 100 percent way before you achieve any substantial results. At this moment you have average (normal) results, if you want to be one of these loosers who get injury and then suffer of their stupidity, then go on like that.

No, really. I would like to know if there is stuff you do to let the weather affect you less. I usually go to the park to do pullups, but it is now winter, and the cold has made me stop. How do you not freeze? How long is your rest between sets, too?
@ I rest between 2 to 5 minutes between sets depending on the workout. As for staying warm in the cold I was being serious when I said Breathing techniques and cold plunges will help adapt the body to the cold. They are the main things that help me deal with freezing temperatures. There is a ton of information about it available online. Hope that helps. Have a great day!
