How did you tune the rpm meter? Mine says 10000 rpm idle with the cable wrapped 10 times around on the 0,5 setting

I have a jog the same but it runs terribly only does 10mph and it’s a bit rough paid £20 for a bike swapped it for a pc and swapped the pc for the moped so paid £20 for it

What clutch springs and contra springs are you running I have a similar setup but stock carb and eBay exhaust I’m running about 24g roller so 3 8s and and 1000rpm contra and 1500 clutch springs

That black wire is for turning of, you ground it to the engine to turn off, also, it is a 6v sistem, and the coil for lights and such stuff is missing at the bottom

what brand 2 stroke oil are u using? and do we use Minarel or semi synthetic?, i got alot of carbon build up in my exhaust, iv got the same scooter exactly and done the same thing u did and rebuilt it in Australia 🇦🇺 best scooter.

Many PC shops will give you some rubber plugs that will fit many of the holes. I believe that there are some masking tapes that work better in the heat that the frame will experience in the oven so the glue doesn't melt and the tape slip away. I would also suggest that you ask the PC shop to write the brand name and colour code of the PC that they used on your invoice. If you need to do any future PC work on that bike, this will save you a ton of headaches. And, if you think that all blacks are alike, ask the shop. They probably have many levels of sheen.

The only problem with that bike and I really like it My friend has like five bikes one of those also The design of it is really not great The front end is so unstable just too light and the fact that has no shifter or that little up and down shifter is horrible I mean just make it a CVT automatic if you're not going to put a clutch in it just not a good design would prevent me from buying it so I didn't. Got a TW instead such a good choice
