The Pe30's manifold is the reason you're having to run that large of a main jet.

My tbr7 has a tube on the left bottom side of the tank that is hanging under my bike that is leaking gas can anyone help me out ?

Hint to the wise, Never remove any bolts or spark plugs when the motor is hot if possible! The engines different metals, and the spark plugs threads are expanded because of the heat and they are also susceptible to damage. Specially Aluminum with a steel bolt. The aluminum cools quicker then the steel bolt, so the metal bolt is still expanded when you try to take it out you wipe out the threads of the aluminum block or casting.

I plan on riding my TBR7 on the highway about 25 miles one way lightly, but its only 55mph its not an INTERSTATE. I may only rife 50mph. And If I did have to ride a couple hundred miles it would be an emergency if it was needed so it would work but not planned as a daily hell commute.

It appears the cam from Brazil is most favored with another available from elsewhere, now. Thanks for the link! Also, I chose to run the slip-on Nibbi carb, as well. Mostly, for ease of maintenance/tuning. I have a Hawk, not the TBR. Gas tank obstruction & throttle cable length (to stay close to stock for future upkeep) was an issue. I am attempting a different intake manifold for that reason. It is an ongoing project to still use stock airbox. I most prefer to do that versus delete airbox. Are there parts sources for this?

I wish I bought this exhaust instead of the JFG. The JFG is so tacky with the emblems.

I am completely disappointed, I pulled my hawk 250 2019 apart to do this. Ported polished, and low and behold, it has the upgraded cam in it already!!!! I can only hope now that the .04 I decked off the head wasn't also already done at the factory.....wish me luck, time to re assemble

I was just looking at my DLX chain guide and it is definitely off. I wouldn't have noticed if it was for your video. This is my only motorcycle with a chain.

Raising the needle richens the middle/part throttle. Lowering the needle lean's it. You probably do not have a main jet issue.

Don't polish the intake.. fuel accumulates on smooth surfaces.

I only run E3 plugs in all my bikes and cars 98 percent energy efficient fuel burn. Better power and fuel economy. Told my buddy about them he finally got some and swapped plugs at the race track and he shaved a full second off of his quarter mile time. he now swears by E3 plugs. He said he has never seen anything shave a full second off of a quarter mile time before he swapped out plugs.
