    Seems to be flint where an ancient sponge was once preserved inside or symply it formed like that as a limestone ball was contained inside as those flints formed in those layers. It mostlikely got washed out.

    Thank you, I downloaded the apps. Good to know that buses need to be hailed. Here in Germany I did it once and the driver was very grumpy, saying "I'm not a taxi". haha

    • @Nature4U1
      @Nature4U1 5 месяцев назад

      Very very welcome. We also live in Germany and I can imagine you got some rude looks stopping a bus, here is so easy to make someone angry LOL. That’s also something different you will notice, everyone is like having a great day everyday, amazing! Have a great time there!

    • @donkrkonto
      @donkrkonto 5 месяцев назад

      It is not really necessary to hail the bus per say, the busses will stop if you simply walk a couple steps forward from your bus shed or start reaching into your pocket for your phone, the driver know what to look for, as locals we simply "ignore" the bus if we are waiting for another route and most of the time the driver picks up on that and drives by, sometimes tho he stops for you and it can be a bit awkward when he realise you are waiting for another bus hehe.

    • @Nature4U1
      @Nature4U1 5 месяцев назад

      @donkrkonto thanks for the feedback. Being local it may be common sense to know that, but for us being from Spain and Germany was definitely not 😅. We missed one night bus because we were sitting on the bus station hoping the bus sees us being the only people in that station and stops, which is what it would have happened in our countries. Well, it was an experience and it definitely makes sense, I agree.

    Chalcedony = agate i.e. a volcanic mineral with 6.5 scale hardness. Amber = Fossil i.e. fossilized tree resin with 2 hardness scale. From the texture and stripes on the stones, you have common beach agates. I find them just as translucent and see through on my local beach.

    • @Nature4U1
      @Nature4U1 9 месяцев назад

      Hi there. Wow thanks for all the info. 🧪We did all tests with the Amber stones (UV light, salt water, sound, weight and color) and they passed all test as Amber. Here some examples: - UV light test: these stones shine fluorescent like amber does. Agata does not shine. - salty water: these stones float in salty water, but ágatas don’t float. Also they are found at the beach of the Baltic Sea, which is known for having amber. And we found them after a strong stormy day, which also helps the ambers to be visible. You can check all these tests we did in the other shorts :)

      Hi there. So glad you liked the video. About your questions: - Auroras: it would be easier to see auroras and stronger auroras a bit outside the city, but not impossible. I have seen other people’s videos and they even saw strong auroras going down the plane in the airport of Tromso. Amazing. So don’t loose hopes. - Sushi: it’s a pity the sushi tiger closed i totally agree. We also love sushi and tried the most famous sushi from Tromso. If you are interested in that one and other restaurants from Tromso feel free to check the video of my channel about it “our dinners in Tromso”. I’m sure it will give you a closer idea what to expect. - Cable car: yes, we tried it. It costs around 32 euros per person (both directions). I explained our experience with the cable car in the video about Adventures in tromso, feel free to also check it out (minute 4: 28 from that video to be exact). I hope this info helps you and I super wish you an amazing time in Tromso. I’m sure you will love it!

    Hello mam.. Is it possible to see northern lights from tromso city

    • @Nature4U1
      @Nature4U1 9 месяцев назад

      It is possible, but much difficult than outside the city. One thing to consider is that Auroras occur very very often, but they are above the clouds so it is the cloud condition what makes you see them or not. In tromso city we had always plenty of light pollutions (city clouds) and that made the auroras to be not visible. If you like, you can take a look at the video about trips to hunt auroras ruclips.net/video/zgDc3e8RBEk/видео.html Have a lovely day

    Very nice video. Just wanted to know whether mobile network or internet connectivity or wifi available in reindeer sledging and during whale watching ?

      @Nature4U1 9 месяцев назад

      Great question. Honestly we were very excited watching the whales/orcas and reindeers to pay attention to the internet connection of our phones...so I am afraid we did not check that. They sadly had no info about it in their websites but maybe you can ask them directly. I put the links on the description. Sorry I could not help more.

      Good news, my partner remembers that we had internet connectivity in both adventures(whale watching and the Sami reindeer).

      @@LappaChoocha It was very cold and refreshing. Also it had a bit of a stronger flavour than regular water. It appears to be because of the bigger amount of minerals, which also causes its beautiful turquoise color 🥰

    I loved your videos! I would like to know how you went from Tromso (city center) to Laksvatn to the Cabin you rented. What's the number of the bus and how often does it come? And to go from the Cabin to Tromso as well? Hola, me encantaron sus videos! Me gustaría saber cómo ir desde Tromso a la casa de alquiler en Laksvatn. Hay public buses? Con que frequencia hay?

      Hi there! Thanks for your kind words, I am super glad you enjoy our videos. Regarding your questions: We went from Tromso city to Laksvatn by public bus and it took around 45 minutes to bring us to the specific bus stop we needed (which was the last one, named "Laksvatn" too). Then you can just walk 15 minutes to the cabin we rented. I am checking it now in the app and you can take either the bus 100 or the 160 (the 412 also goes there but it takes way more time) and there are buses every hour more or less. The first bus is at 6:21am and the last one is at 21:00. Did I answer your questions? Let me know if I let something or if you have further questions 🤗
