Personally, I would add Harry for similar reasons to Scooby. It’s the title/main/mascot character, unless the series is like Arms or Undertale where the the main/mascot/title character is overshadowed by a side characters popularity/iconicy or that they have a similar popularity/iconicy to the main character, I think it’s weird to choose a character who’s not the main character.

King of crossovers is definitely Fortnite

Carl and Monarch might be some of my favorite characters in anything, Carl is a perfect announcer in the sense that he would not care about anything going on. Monarch’s voice is really distinct so having it in at all would be nice. Including 24 without 21 is weird (especially considering how happy 21 would be to see his favorite characters). It makes sense of paper to have him if you have the monarch due to them sharing a VA, but they killed off 24 because Publick hated doing the voice.

Brock Samson is one of the few characters that would get me to stick to the game, Venture Bros is the best [AS] show. ATHF is also an incredible pick, love those guys

Add Pibby (As a character) to Multiversus, if she isn't getting a show she has to get some love somehow. She would be pretty perfect for a game like this, imagine the story mode being something like the world of light with glitched fighters and even the glitched fighters as sellable skins.

updated dlc fighters (some of then are confirmed to be added or already have been added since multiversus's relaunch) + The Penguin (instead of the joker, he's already in lol, the riddler feels too similar to joker he's got like the same bod and personality) + Mordecai & Rigby, like Tom and Jerry but more attack focused than "strategy" (instead of Dexter because hes been confirmed to join, he has too like now way broh) + Jerry Smith, another joke fighter. And we get another rick and morty rep (instead of Powerpuff girls, they have been confirmed to join at some point) + Yosemite Sam, crazy gunslinger, my favorite looney tunes character (instead of weiss, we don't need more RWBY characters dude) And new stage is Blipz And Chitz, space arcade from rick and morty! :) I guess the new characters would take the classes of characters they replaced
