Cashrewards Australia Review: Is This The Best CashBack App In 2022?
Even though we tax all your profits and charge ridiculous fees with bad service, while also making life super expensive. Here's 2% to help you buy a unit for two. Aus govt. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Aussies are soooooo hopeless and stupid. Btw government purpose is not to hand out money. This payment doesn't even cover the govt fees for the purchase. Stop buying properties you dumbasses. The housing market will burst soon and you'll be stuck with payments on the old price. Aussies gotta learn squatting laws and go find the MP homes.
This app is not really worth the effort for the amount you get back, it takes months before the purchase is approved for a ‘cash’ back. There is only a bot you can chat with, that is as helpful as dogs balls and no other type of customer service. If there is something you need or want to purchase that is of a higher value, you would be better off waiting for a sale to save the money (which would probably be more than what they offer you anyway) a whole lot of smoke and crumbs in return.
people get divorced around the age 40-50 and women get half of what men own and earn.
Thanks for the infor 😊
Funny. The add at the start of this video was for this application 😂
@WowoodogPlays haha, they should be bloody sponsoring my vid tbh
The women catch up because they divorce their husbands and take all of his super and assets.
2023 but survey is 2019
Can I get both the FHGS & the stamp duty waiver at the same time when buying A property under 800K in NSW?
did you say "the ladies"? lol! good for you! 😁😁😳😳
“Blow it at the Casino, it’s my money”?! Do that by all means but don’t then turn around and poach off the public purse 😒
was tongue in cheek but yes I agree!
I have a friend who’s 64 and only has round $100 k dose that mean he will be working until he’s dead lol
lol - jokes aside it will be challenging for them, depending on their desired lifestyle and what is costs where they live
Old boy networks work wonders amongst corporate and business. Other industries not so much, and it depends on how and if you use the old boy networks.
yep - some do a better job of utilising the networks compared to others I know good examples of both approaches. If you use it, it can be very valuable
$100,000?! I have about $600 up until now. As a casual employee going from job to job, I have never received holiday pay or any other benefits. Some employers use a trick to take you on a casual basis but give you permanent rates of pay. Then, when Christmas time comes around, you are given the sack-this way, they get out of paying you holiday money. I had no idea what my pay rate was - I just trusted everyone. I cannot afford to start my own super fund when surviving on a week-by-week basis.
If you’re a current landlord or possibly looking to delve into the world of becoming a landlord… Come check out my website. I come from decades of working at the large, national and statewide Property Management organizations. I teach small landlords all the business practices that we train our leasing and management staff on , such as proper documentation to avert fair housing allegations, thorough application processing procedures, safety protocol when showing apartments, marketing and advertising dos and donts, resident retention ideas, and more. Now if you are in the mindset of planning to hire a management firm operate your property, these classes will also help in this sense-👉Once you learn these things, it will be much easier for you to interview potential management companies and better determine whether they have it together or not.
The throw away comment about 'let me access my money. If i want to blow it all on the casino let me do that' is quite frustrating. What happens then? You expect that tax payers will fund your retirement via the pension which many argue is inadequate for anything more than a basic requirement? Irresponsible comment in my view for the average person.
I don’t agree Was a joke
Hey Ray, you're super genuine and approachable, great to see. I'll dive into more of your stuff. Love the book reading in the book store as a kid 😂
Haha, thanks for watching David appreciate it!
For the first home buyer assistance scheme in NSW, it says you must live in the property for at least 12 months within 12 months of the purchase. Would off the plan work for first home buyer grant if the construction is built lets say 2 years after paying the deposit?
thank you for explaining this to my financially illiterate brain, in a nice child-friendly way :) (I'm 36, biologically speaking. But math speaking approx age 4).
During the Gillard years, peope over 50 were able to put in $50,000 in concessional contributions if superannuation was below $500,000.
Those are quite low balances by age, id be worried heading into retirement if I only had 120k in the mid-40s. If that were me id be building a little property portfolio on the side.
I had to check the date of when this was recorded. Those figures are far too low surely.
Why women catch up: Maybe their husbands die and they keep the total as they become single - just a thought
Great video. You gave really good insight which was simple and concise. I’ve been looking for this honesty for a while now.
Between 60 and 69 its hugely profitable tax wise, for men to contribute super to their partners accounts
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family...
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks...
@@NaufalKnoechel Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. *MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY*..

Good day mate! I just started tuning every day to your contents. Its been a year since I started researching about investing and for a year I have been paralysed, meaning I didn’t start investing at all because of the fear of losing my money if the company that I bought stocks from would collapse and then I stumbled upon ETF’s! I didn’t know that this basket of stocks do exist and they exist for a long time now. So stupid of me I think. But upon learning a bit about it, I stopped the analysis paralysis and bought the nasdaq 100 etf. Now im seeing a lot of ads to subscribe to them and that they will give tips which ones to buy. Do I really need those when my plan is to invest in US, Aussie and bitcoin etfs? Thank you and more power
The women catch up.. because of divorce. Because they get awarded a percentage of the man’s super and leave with it. Reducing the average male super and increasing the average female super in those age groups
Is this pre or post tax?
How much does a couple need, eating out once a week, overseas holiday once a year, living well, and retiring at 65, with no debt.

i thought one bought US stocks under a Custodial regime. Does a Chess account cover US stocks?
The disparity is because more women are working at that age and Men who have done well in life are retiring earlier
Ray amazing video man but i think you need to improve your thumbnail can i help you for that ?
Informative and confident presentation. I feel like I can trust your views. Thanks.
hey man what makes you to stop creating content but loved your quality
Thanks, just been growing my business (youtube doesn't earn much money, ie. less than 0.5% so my #1 focus is my clients) I still love making the videos and will continue to. Hopefully more often in 2025!
Thinking of doing the same as you did, buying an investment property before my first owner occupied. But I’ve already saved up around 25k in my super (fhss) and would like to some day take advantage of this and other first home buyers incentives. I’m looking into maybe buying the investment property in a trust to get around this predicament, what are your thoughts on that idea? I’ve heard they can be a bit of a hassle and can cost around 3k/year, so still not sure if it’s worth doing or if I should just say goodbye to first home buyers incentives… Thanks mate, great video :)
Thanks for watching Ben, before you do anything chat with broker and accountant - they’ll confirm the rules around trusts etc and whether it’s a good or bad idea for your specific situation. I bought regional first for investment and never got any of the FHB benefits. Most gurus say to use personal lending initially then use trusts later. Check with experts though I personally did personal for a few then trust after
I have few cash con loan and phone bill how do i fix this and get my credit in order
First step is to make a list of all the debts to the cent, then make a note of the interest rate you’re being charged for each (if applicable) You’d probably want to keep some money set aside as your emergency fund. Then the money on top you could use to pay down the debt. Some people like paying the smallest debt to largest for the psychological win of getting momentum. Once all paid then contact credit reporting company to confirm it’s been marked as resolved (just in case they forget or are slow to update)
Give the video a like otherwise you’ll have 3 years bad luck
lol
Isn’t private school like a $50,000AUD a year now? That’s over $650,000AUD for 13 years of compulsory schooling.
Yeah it can definitely be that much, depends on which private school Also depends on whether you do private for primary and secondary, or just secondary (some private schools in Sydney are $50k a year but secondary only, so often people will do local public for 6-7 years then go there)
I missed one payment on an overdraft and it dropped my score by 220 points on illion. How long will this take to go back up to what it was?
Probably a few months Pay it if you haven’t already and maybe notifying them might speed it up, but probs have to wait
love how this fella plugs those random sponsors, very smooth ps if you think the bills are steep now , wait till your kids get into the Teens with $20,000 plus a year college fees!!
i should do an updated video as it’s higher now both boys in daycare costs over 50k a year now anyway Private school will be about 60k a year for both so actually not too different
That’s actually sounds ok considering private schools in the east are $30’to $50k
Hello yep great idea , we have poor thinking of turning it into investment and buy more assets. Keep loans on investments so that you can claim interest on the loan at tax time. 10.properties that cashflow would be better then one really nice home I think. Thanks for the video
Thanks for watching
I don’t have credit card I got few loans from cash converters and bills how do I fix this
Pay all your existing loans and contact equifax or those credit reporting places to notify them it’s been cleared and to remove from your file as outstanding
😊
umm..if you want to blow it at the casino.. fine but you should not be entitled to an age pension after 67.
Great video! Thank you. A few additional reasons that Keating instated Superannuation was to support economic growth while providing ourselves with a business cycle cushion. Also economic benefits in our Current Account Balance (meaning we can derive an income from foreign investments and boost our GDP) and domestic investment. It was done because Australia was growing materialistic.
Thanks very interesting video! I’m so grateful to be childfree and not have to make this type of decision. It’s hard being a parent!
I would have thought that the time that what one has in super would matter is 60+. 😂
All that noise for that little money? Less than a studio unit in townsville
Because men are retiring early so their super stops growing, while women are trapped in the workforce thus forces it to catch up. Exact same story with my parents right now.
