when i fist got my pcp i was only able to get up to 2500 psi, now i can get it to 2800 psi. in a few weeks i think I'll be able to get it to the full 3k. im only 120 pounds
@@bringerovdeath its a decent arm workout but yeah if they made a pump that uses legs it would be much easier for us light weights but it would be expensive like a gym machine

Nowhere near powerful enough, you need 3-4000 psi for a PCP. The best kind of pump is a dedicated 3 or 4 stage version from Hill, or use a prefilled diving cylinder at 300 Bar
What is the recomendation on pcps for storage? I've seen shooters empty the tubes after each session but my guess is that it only olds up the cylinders, like the airframe of an airliner ages in cycles, not years. Is there anything related to seals or valve durability that would benefit from emptying the tube?
My leshiy2 takes 200 or so pumps to get to 4500 psi. So I usually just pump it to two hundred bar and use that. Also should have at least one filter on that airline from pump to tank.

.25 cal ~ 4-5 pumps per shot (45FPE)
.30 cal ~ 6-7 pumps per shot (70FPE)

You poor light weight. Manufacturers really need a downward force to psi scale. Wouldn't mind a foot pump with a backrest.

You should look up Bontrager Dual Charge bike pumps. It has "High Volume" and "High Pressure" settings. Less workout, steadier aim.

i figured out that knee drop pretty quick....also figuring out the hand pump is not the way lol

Just in time because mine just came in lol. Cannot get it to pump past 3000 though! Pyramyd air charged it to 3200 for the leak test.
