I love your openess and willingness to talk about difficult topics like mental health and sobriety. It really has been helping me to be more comfortable with my own emotions.
I was chatting with Noel last week and told her how having a community that talks openly about sobriety has really helped me as my husband and I support his brother in his sobriety journey.
@nerdycrafter08 I am so touched that you shared this as I know how hard it is. There is such a stigma around addiction that I am trying to bust. You are not alone and I wish your family all the best things. You will persevere!
