I have 3 of the 8 units that i am having issues with. I am using RTS2 key reset and D4120 smoke. the problem is on 3 of the 7 units when i hit the test on the 3 RTS2 units, they sound the alarm, then reset by themselves. The other 4 i hit the test, alarm goes off and then hit the reset once and all is well. on the ADT panel the 4 that work say supervisory which is good, the other 3 it says trouble fire. any ideas?

Our company is called Temperature Equipment Corp and we have offices in the Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin) as well as a subsidiary called Excelsior in Minnesota, Kansas, and Missouri. We are a HVAC distributor. If you were asking about System Sensor, they are an unrelated company to ours but we believe they are also based in Illinois.
