    ಶೆಟ್ರು ಅಂಗಡಿ ಮೊಸರು ಕೋಡುಬಳೆ Recipe
    Mosaru Kodbale, a traditional South Indian snack, is made using fresh curd (yogurt) and a mix of spices and herbs. Here's a simple recipe to make this delicious snack at home:
    Ingredients:
    1. 2 cups fresh curd (yogurt)
    2. 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (cilantro)
    3. 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
    4. 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust as per taste)
    5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
    6. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
    7. Salt, to taste
    8. Rice flour and miada
    9. Oil, for deep frying
    Instructions:
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the curd, chopped coriander, mint leaves, green chili, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
    2. Gradually add the rice flour and maida as shown in the video then cook well and continue mixing until a firm dough forms.
    3. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, then pinch small portions of the dough and roll them into round, even-sized balls. and then into rings..
    4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Once hot, gently slide the dough balls into the oil, taking care not to overcrowd the pan.
    5. Fry the rings on medium heat until they turn golden brown, flipping them occasionally for even cooking.
    6. Once done, remove the Mosaru Kodbale from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
    7. Allow them to cool slightly, then serve your delicious Mosaru Kodbale as a snack or side dish with chutney or a cup of tea. Enjoy!

    Very nice series...unlike other states which has more or less same cuisine across whole state..karnataka is a state of one state many worlds..so restaurants or hotels can never do justice to our rich culinary heritage..so showcasing homecooking can cover so many different recipes of each region of karnataka..which can be a treasure to youngsters
