In this food walk, we survey the scene at VV Puram’s Thindi Beedhi. There are quite a few changes one sees here post pandemic, but thankfully many of our old favourites remain. I enlist the assistance of a local to taste my way through Bengaluru’s popular street food destination. Hope you enjoy the first in this series.

Just my personal opnion. VV Puram is now just a nostalgic place. Better street food are available in many places of Bangalore.
Yes I agree...many old nostalgic places are relying on public sentiment to sell...won't stand for long given the stiff completion from newer places

There are many great street food eateries dispersed through Bengaluru for sure, but it's hard to find the depth and breadth of what's available at VV Puram, on a single street, elsewhere. Which is why Thindi Beedhi will always be popular. Of course, one needs to sift through what’s available to find the interesting fare. Which is what we’ve attempted to do. 🙂

Trust an Indian to spice up a fruit like no other. The🍍bajji with the masala, chutney, onion carrot mix made my mouth dribble 🤤 Looking fwd to the next episode.
