Dwight Schrute is our favourite unexpected romantic. From his relationship to Angela Martin to his thoughts on the perfect Valentine's Day, Dwight's approach to romance sure is... unique.
From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. The series stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, John Krasinski as Jim Halpert, Jenna Fischer as Pam Beesley and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute.

Angela and Dwight are so perfect for each other. They both seem happier and like better people after they marry. Also Oscars and Angela’s friendship especially after the senator is so wholesome and sweet.

When Dwight says, "I'm A DAD!" Rainn Wilson should have gotten an Emmy for that scene. The ecstatic sense he conveys is so genuine. And, he carried seasons 8 & 9 after Scott's departure.

5:20 The way Angela looks at the twine ring and then at Dwight as well as how she cut off Dwight’s explanation of his grandmother’s ring says she 100% would’ve said yes with as much love and enthusiasm if Dwight actually proposed with twine. (Also, Angela’s acting is just as good as Rainn’s. Fabulous.)

The office being a comedy show has a great deal of dramatic acting. It's not like they are making funny faces to elicit laugh. Dialogues, camera work, amazing acting as well great chemistry between the actors makes it the greatest show in my opinion. A timeless classic ❤️❤️❤️

Angela did Andy so wrong. She wasted thousands of his dollars and broke his heart and it literally never looked like her heart was in it. Poor andy deserved better.
Yeah I felt bad for him too. He grew as a person and became a good guy. He was so trusting of dwight and accepted Angela despite her flaws. It was really messed up

I wish I were Dwight in real life. So smart and romantic, owns a farm. Especially the episode where his cousins came over and they spent a day together, it was wholesome. That really moved me. I just love this man's character so much. Even the traditions. He is a man of culture. He is just perfect in my eyes. He is very logical yet sensitive person. I like him so much.
@ozosawi1179 He's basically a fascist, tho. Def has some insane character flaws, particularly when it comes to his beliefs about women and implications of racism. He's a social darwinist with no acknowledgment of systemic flaws that bring certain ppl down. He grows a lot, but he'd be a nightmare to deal with.
That episode of season 5 where Andy and Dwight fight for Angela is so exciting and heartbreaking at the same time. Hurts me how Dwight throw his Valentines gift but I laughed with Kelly's commentary: 'When you are old you don't have many options'
