And today I have been living there for 12 years, wherever I live outside, but I like to come to Jabalpur every month.

Osho was from jabalpur, bose and Gandhi had their infamous political fight for congress presidency in tripuri 1939 in jabalpur. The pakistani prisoner of war after 71 war were kept in jabalpur were they were used as labourers to construct roads in COD near jabalpur airport. There are so many untold stories of this city where do I even start.

I have some sweet childhood memories associated with Jabalpur. I did know about the Indian Coffee House story. But the snooker history came as a sweet surprise. Jabalpuri lingo is a great flavor. Just before coffee house there is a place called Weekender, it is nice place and pool and snooker table as well. It is nice for people who can not afford expensive tables like Nurbudda Club.
