Hi, i have a question, in our texts, we talked about conversations concerning insurance information we received from representativs. Is that hearsay?

The statements from the insurance rep would probably be hearsay. But the text may still be admitted as a non-hearsay statement by party opponent. It likely could not be admitted for purposes of proving truth of matter asserted by insurance rep’s statement.
