The script is stronger. Five stars gk acting like 2 stars and 2 stars like 5 stars
Alisson is amazingly good for me. Trained is reflexes and awareness above 90 and mid 80s in the other stats. Always in the right position and seems to catch the ball more due to this.
Patricio for me is the best so far. He's one of the players that are way better than their stats and he's one of them, his insane

Nobody talks about Navas, but he is excellent! Really, saves a lot of shots face to face with 90 reflexes
He does my head in. Every time I come up against a navas hes a beast.

Alisson's stats seem to go a fair bit higher than Mendy and Nuer.
tbh, Gulacsi seems to be one of those players who perform well above their stats. My De Gea just doesn't seem to react to various shots as well as Gulacsi even though he has way higher reflexes and parrying.
De gea is real shit in game. I thought he'd perform better than courtois.
@@rishabhpasi98 from my experience, de gea, when he's in the top form is really good. Below that though, nope. But then again, his standard form feels so much more like inconsistent lmao.

I am quantitatively investigating height and GK ability.
I agree with you that reflexes are important at 195-199cm.
Also, GKs in the 180cm range are short and can't reach the ball, so it seems better to improve their reflexes than reach. I haven't been able to verify this yet, but I think it's likely.
The most difficult is about GKs of 190-195cm. Reach can also be important depending on their play style（diffencive/offensive）.
Weight & jump also have obvious effects but not that important as the rest attributes

@@kata_gaming66 Somewhat yes, gk react faster when they have to make multiple saves, but usually high jump & low weight gk have bad reflex & reach.
Konami is clever to balance those GKs
What is gk awearness ?
@@ghilassr3805 I think it's the speed of the time it takes to save. The opposite can be said if you use a player with extremely low GK Awareness.

I got both Oblak and Donnarumma maxed out, and I personally think Donnarumma is better than Oblak ingame

Throw a few points into awareness and then the most into reflexes. Reflexes around 92 is great

Parrying is very important
yeah. under 80 parrying GKs always punch the ball to opposition's foot like an idiot.
Parrying happens no matter what the stat rating is though man, yeah it helps a bit if it’s higher but not as much as reflexes imho
@@eFootballUniverse tbh my Gulacsi parries far better when his parrying stats is 80 compared to 78, but yeah, reflexes and awareness are still the top 2
@@eFootballUniverse sure it happens automatically but if you have a keeper with a high parrying rating they push the ball further out of harms way vs pushing the ball to an attacker for a tap in. I have Ter Stegen who was a great keeper as far as saving but he gave up way too many rebounds for tap in goals. I switched to champions league Courtois and I haven't had that issue. Ter Stegen is 81 parrying and Courtois is 88 parrying. Ter Stegen was my first keeper so I wasn't aware of all this before. Do I think Konami messed this up.. Yes
@@scarletvan4749 if you don't want to give away tap in goals after a save parrying rating needs to be improved. At least that how it appears to work right now

Can you pls recommend one of these with reasons?
1. Neuer vs Courtois
2. Offensive vs defensive goalie.
Neuer, all day long. I have both of these and Courtois is sadly horrendous for me. He was my first keeper and he's now 5th choice behind Neuer, Alisson, Ederson and Lloris.
Offensive keepers for me have been performing much better. Not sure whether the game is broken for Defensive keepers, but I find them too static and end up not moving, even when the ball is a couple feet away from them. Might be patched/fixed over the coming months, but I can't recommend Courtois at the moment for that simple reason - he doesn't save as much as others.
I side with John below, Neuer is awesome and I think offensive keepers just perform better
Thank you. Is it correct to assume that amongst the standard players the offensive keepers are better but if compared with the legend keepers like Kahn and Cech where both are defensive, the legends are better or do you guys still consider offensive Neuer, Donnarumma etc better?
@@Mister_JOC Yes I agree the defensive keepers don't move much but the offensive ones especially Neuer comes out of his line so much on his own and poses high risk of being chipped especially against counter attack and long ball counter teams. It looks cool in a way as Neuer plays that way. I tried POTM Joe Hart and it was not fun at all seeing him run out of the line like a mad man. Probably his 80 awareness did that.
@@Abishek.0_0 would love to have the money to spend on the random Legendary lottery, but I don't, so I make do with the best of the rest, which in my mind is Neuer or Donnarumma (I'm saving up for him, but he's behind Van Dijk on my list :-))
